Ordered 20 made to measure vane only blinds. Order went through and payment taken and states 14 working days. So after 14 working days contacted them as no product, for them to say the material I wanted was out of stock and no expected in stock time frame !!! No contact from them during this period until I chased it up!! Useless customer service. Surely not hard to contact me to say that it's out of stock at the start! Went elsewhere and had a far better service.

Awful, didn’t turn up even though they said they did. Then had to drive to get them and they weren’t there. Now the ones l have are at the wrong size. Really awful. Customer service are friendly but they are not a company l will be buying from again. Really bad. Won’t replace or refund awesome thanks

Do not buy from this company, they sell inferior products and some don’t even turn up. I had two blind rails they were faulty on delivery, and another two they were supposedly delivered but hadn’t been. As I left it another day to see if it turns up, they said I left it too long and have lost my money. They have defrauded me out of money, and have proven they don’t care about the customers. I have uploaded the telephone call recording online, so you can hear for yourself how bad the service really is. So unless you want to waste your money don’t use this company. They are also known as Interior Goods Direct Limited and the 51 year old director is Darren Green. I have found a much better company, who are honest and provide a quicker service. Blinds 2 Go are the ones to use.

Appalling customer service and products. My original order turned up and the colour looked horrid compared to the samples we ordered, yellow tinged, so I paid out for replacements ordering over the phone. They were aware of the situation and that I was ordering REPLACEMENTS for my original order, nobody made me aware that I had to re-measure for replacements, so they turned up (colour also awful!) and are way too long because the blind fittings haven’t been taken into account, nobody made it clear I was supposed to remeasure for replacements for an order placed with them, as well as the colour being awful again. Tried complaining, customer service are useless! Nobody reads your emails properly and I have repeated myself over and over again, but they clearly don’t read properly. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I have wasted hundreds of pounds and left with disgusting coloured blinds that do not fit. Awful company, awful products, awful customer service.

They are absolutely terrible!!! Ordered 4 vertical blinds, 3 sets of louvres were all different lengths and one faulty headrail. Since April (within 3 days of receiving the blinds) I have been going backward and forward via email explaining the exact same thing. It is very clear nobody reads your emails fully, also it seems nobody knows what they are actually doing. I have requested a full refund twice and it has been ignored. Do not waste your money, I don’t know how they got such high/good reviews on other sites.

Please don't order with them. I had to order twice snd pay 50% more and they sent the wrong size. First I ordered recedd and I realised they were short and ordered again by phone an exact and they sent exactly the same size as before as consequences the blinds are short, I claimed and they keep saying they made the right size!!! Finally needed to pay for delivery, it is ridiculous, they are making the customers to waste money and time.. So frustrating.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Awful experience, 4 months later and still no product or money back despite requesting on multiple occasions. They have continuously lied to me about the whereabouts of my delivery on 4 separate times, with no follow up when it hasn't delivered. Requested money back 3 weeks ago and still nothing!

Terrible customer service, excuse after excuse. Their terms and conditions are so badly worded, even their staff agree. I cannot believe that I have wasted so much money on blinds that I just cannot use - and they want more money to correct it. It’s just blackmail and not how you should run a business. My biggest regret is ordering from them in the first place. Would not even give them one star!

Second one star review. No resolution yet , 2 months in now from delivery . Still waiting for correct part, blind which cost £150 still sitting on the floor unused . Avoid this company at all cost . So angry and frustrated I cannot put my words on paper . Angry and ripped off of Knutsford .

Spent 2.5k on blinds with week before lockdown, 2 broken blinds and strings that can’t be reached to adjust the blinds and company refuse to do anything about it. Absolutely useless company. Do not buy from them, total fraudsters and waste of money!

Having ordered our shutters back in July we have had no proper response that confirms definitely when our blinds will be delivered -we have so far had three dates. The last was due last week but nothing arrived. The comms are appalling and we could not recommend this company. Worst online experience ever. And we still have no idea when our order will arrive and if it will arrive...

I ordered blinds and having no confirmation of delivery I messaged them to find out details. After a delay in response i was told there would be a delay of near on 10 days but they were "in production". Having received no update approaching the rescheduled delivery date I message again to be told of a further delay. Now another 2 weeks at least. I asked them for proof that the blinds were in production and was fobbed off. Having pushed the matter they cancelled my order. Their terms and conditions state orders cannot be cancelled if in production. Obvious that they were lying to me. Having been quoted 3-4 working days for my refund I have still not received it. Currently messaging to find out where my money is. Do not ever use this company. They are deceitful and untrustworthy. 1 star is too much of a rating.

Shocking service. After waiting over 1 month for my order to arrive and being told several times that my order will be dispatched soon they have emailed me today to say they don't have the colour I ordered in stock and that I would have to wait until the end of July !! Which means they lied to me.on all the previous messages. AVOID

My blinds are shoddy and I can say that about #BlindsDirect Is this company 'legit' My telephone calls cannot be put through to Management regarding my problems ! 3 of my 5 verticals are faulty, ive had replacements and they're still shoddy. They were less than 6 months old. I was promised a refund on 2 of the blinds. Still waiting a month later ! I've been told now that my refund has been refused. I've just noticed further down on this form a question 'Was it easy to get a refund' !!! Company guarantees their products for 5 years. Please rethink about buying from BlindsDirect. I've endured stress from this company and its obvious that it will still occur. I have communicated via many many emails and telephone calls and Blinds Direct do not take you seriously. I would not rate #BlindsDirect

This by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Order place in the 2 July 2020 £700 worth. One blind delivered within 2 weeks and still waiting a month later for the rest. Email to cancel and 2 weeks later we get an offer of 15% discount comes back which we accept and guess what still no blinds. 2 months this has been now! We send emails but we get a message that we are looking in to it for you.

I only purchased 1 shutter blind to begin with as I wanted to be sure the product and service were good. The blind arrived on time and I was extremely impressed with the quality, it exceeded my expectations. Amazing value for money. Service was good too, my order was confirmed and the Customer Service team needed to check a couple of things in regards to my order and then they e-mailed me to say it had been processed. I was really impressed so I have just placed another order for another 9 blinds. I am hoping to have the same experience this time round.

We got a reply from customer service within two hours. Kept informed about delivery beforehand and that very useful. Great catalogue of products and excellent value for money. I would recommend to everyone this blinds company. Very pleased.

I will come back for more simply because the blinds have been finished to a high standard and we have saved at £ 100 on them. Delivery was quick and installation was done in about 30 minutes per window. Very nice experience and I will definitely come back for more

I have bought for the second time blinds from this company. I think the quality is superior to other outlets and I would not hesitate to recommend you. We received samples before ordering which is great. This time around I have done up a bay window and all three blinds match up perfectly.
