My name is Jim and 5 years ago I decided to open a vape shop in Wisconsin. My hunt for a POS lead me to Brilliant POS and there is where I met Aaron H. and purchased my first POS. I had never opened a business and was unsure how to get the whole POS business done. Aaron & the Brilliant POS team did a great job walking me through the entire process, got me the training I needed, and helped me pick out the appropriate equipment I needed to do the job. The service I have received for the past 5 years has been far beyond my original expectations. We eventually realized the need to upgrade our POS and I went back to Aaron & Brilliant and once again, they took care of everything and treated me like I was an old friend. Their service after the sale was excellent and the very few times I needed tech support, they were able to help me within hours and get it right. Now 5 years later, I'm retiring and passing this off to a new Manager and have no worries that the professional team at Brilliant POS will have their back.

Jason bell got to be my assigned agent, from the beginning I told him That I have a mini clover and I wanted to upgrade to the bigger clover, flip type which his company is selling on amazon. We spoke several times because I wanted to switch my account once so I wanted to make sure this was done once since it was my first time in retail business. I asked Jason about the fees and this machine that they were selling on amazon he Asked me about the cards I was accepting and the volume I do and he would tell me why this machine is so good and so nice for my business and so on, he would tell me the rates that I would be charged even for the debit cards but he never mentioned even once that this machine doesn’t accept debit card he kept that fact from me all along until I signed up and paid for the machine, few days later I realized the the machine is not accepting debit card I called clover and they told me this machine is older version and doesn’t have the chip for the debit card and when I confronted Jason bell about it he denied the whole thing even our conversations about changing my account and having a mini clover although he was telling me that he was honest frequently He kept that fact from me all along because I think they make more money( better percentage rate) if they treat debit cards as credit. I gave Jason couple of chances to rectify the problem, dishonesty but he ignored them all. I’ll never trust him again. I don’t have very good experience with him , buyer beware.

I spent 28 years upgrading cash registers and creating excel spreadsheets. Finally got with the program and switched to a POS system. I chose Brilliant because I was able to purchase the program outright (instead of monthly "lease" payments). I am not really computer savvy and Aaron spent much time just teaching me the language. After a year working with the system, I'm pleased on a daily basis with the POS. Staff (especially those with limited computer skills) love it. They can't make mistakes unless I haven't programmed properly. ( and it's so easy to fix) Training them to use the system is a piece of cake. No more excel spreadsheets!! The information gathered in the reports is amazing. There are some features that didn't exactly meet the needs of my store but I was able to make alterations to make it work for us.

Love that we have an account manager that helps guide us through all our questions.

I have been working with Brilliant POS since December of 2017. I would tell any company of person to use them. I have been personally working with Jason Bell. If I have a problem he is always right there to help and fix the problem. A new company would make a bad choice not to use Brilliant POS.

This is now our 3rd purchase from Brilliant POS. Sales person was super. He remembered my name and walked me thru what I needed to accomplish our business growth needs. Fast shipping and support as been great. Highly recommended.

We opened our first business in 2015. I searched high and low for a POS that would work for us especially being we were both new to owning our own business. After lots of back and forth, we decided to go with Brilliant. Aaron H was the biggest draw, not only was the system easy to use, service was great and Aaron is still there today to answer all our questions! He puts a personal touch on all we do, making me feel like a special customer rather than just another number. If your looking for a POS to jump start your company, I would highly suggest Brilliant!

Jason was fabulous very patient and I’m so sorry if I fended everybody but he was an American with American English speaking it was so nice to speak to somebody that I could understand he was very patient don’t mean to hurt anybody’s feelings but it’s nice when you could understand somebody makes a transaction go along way nobody wants to spend money if you don’t know what you’re spending it on
