My beloved dog died unexpectedly in her sleep— right after I had ordered her a new dog bed from Chewy. I called and asked about cancelling my order but it had been shipped. I offered to send it back because I never even opened the box. They were very kind and explained but they could not take it back because of the pandemic. They refunded my money anyway and told me to give the bed—an over $100 value— to a local shelter in memory of my dog. Then today a floral arrangement featuring yellow roses arrive from Chewy with a sweet note of comfort. I have cats and support several animal shelters and rescues. Chewy will be getting all my business going forward. God bless you for your kindness!

I have always had great experiences through chewy. Two weeks ago I ordered my dogs heartworm prevention for the first time. My vet had to fax it in 3 times and finally talked to someone on the phone to approve my request. I will probably never order prevention from them again. Luckily I was proactive and ordered a month early, but if not we would have had issues. Maybe next time I'll try 1800petmeds?

Chewy’s will forever have my business. Last week I called to cancel an auto order after my beloved Coby passed and they gave me a full refund. The food still came, free of charge. I’ll be donating that to the local shelter. Today, I come home to a bouquet from them, in condolence of my Baby Boy. It meant the world to me. What a way to care for your customer. They will exclusively get my business from here on out. ❤️

My dog passed recently and I had purchased supplements and medication from chewy that was never got to use. They are amazing to deal with they gave me a refund plus sent me flowers with a note. I highly recommend doing business with them.

⁹I just opened up my chewy autoship order and found it was the wrong dog food. Quick phone call to Ariel and problem 100% solved
Other companies should follow their business model and America would be a happier place!

UNBELIEVABLE----I Ordered LATE Sunday Night--Called to Cancel Order Monday Morning--Shipments were to be delayed--LESS THAN 24 hours --Monday I Canceled----Was Told They couldn't give me A Confirmation Number On Cancellation???---WEDNESDAY--I Get Noticed "Your Order was Shipped" ??? I am NO LONGER At this Address?? I Cancelled Monday?? This Company Does Not Communicate With Warehouse---You Order from Chewys For Convenience??? Everytime I Have to Call Its an Average Of 20 Min ON HOLD---Wed. I Talked to 2 people---40 min--Was told IT WAS CANCELLED--But I Was CHARGED???? Thursday I Have a Package at my House---AGAIN NOT IN TOWN??? NOW I Have to Fight it with Paypal AND THE BANK--CONVENIENCE???? NO Get off your But and Go to the Store--The Prices are the Same and You Don't have to Deal With a Company That Doesn't Give a S**T--They DONT Communicate with each Other--They WONT Give you a Cancellation Number???? HORRIBLE

I placed a order on 11/30/2019 in which it showed all items were in stock and here it is 5 days later and it still hasn't shipped! Yet, they claim 1-2 Day Shipping. They're giving me a story saying it due to bad weather. Oh, I hadn't heard that Florida is having a Blizzard. Offering me a $15 discount on my next order placed by 3/31/2020. Well, I won't need to place another order by that date!.. Screw Chewy and I'm cancelling my order and taking my business where it is appreciated.

With the sudden death of my beloved Herbert Hoover (my dog, not the former president), I forgot to cancel my automatic shipments of his specialty dog food. I contacted chewy.com to inform them I would need to cancel this subscription fully expecting that I would pay for the case of food that was already en route. Not only did I receive personal condolences emails from multiple staff, they refunded my payment and kindly asked me to donate the food to a local shelter! I was more than impressed with these kind gestures and kept telling people about this amazingly thoughtful company when I came home from work a couple days later only to find a beautiful floral arrangement from my chewy.com friends...I will forever be a chewy.com customer. A company that remembers and cares about their customers and really does give back to the community.

Offered 2 day shipping. The order ship date changed 3 times and still was not on its way after day 4. According to Cust Service, they had too many ordered . No thanks. That was my first and last time ordering from Chewy.com

Chewy is THE WORST I had to talk to them on the phone 5 - yes 5 - for an online order just to get my order correct. Then a 6th time because they double charged me and refused to refund - that’s fraud!!! I never even received my ordered products
