I placed an order November 9th, they took my money, now it is January 13th and I still have no bulbs, no refund, no communication whatsoever. Google now shows the location as "permanently closed" but their website will still take your money. All of their voicemail boxes are full so there is no way for me to get my money back. This company is dishonest and just horrible to work with

Yes i bought filter media with next day delivery. I didnt receive it , i got refund for delivery but got information will receive my parcel on monday. I wouldnt order it at all if they wouldnt have next day delivery but they had but it didnt work plus i jad my plans to set uP new fish tank and all my plants died cause i didnt received what i needed as a substarate so couldnt set uP fish tank. One week ago i ordered fish tank and i received all smashed so they sent new one . Everything is not working properly there. I am just unhappy and wont buy there anything anymore and will also let ot know to all ny friends! That is not profesional !

Sehr schlecht. Bestellung aufgegeben und bezahlt. Dann nichts mehr gehört. Nach einer Woche rief ich an und die Ware war versandfertig. Ein paar Tage später stellte sich heraus, dass es vergriffen war. Dann wieder und am nächsten Tag nein. Ich hatte die Wahl zu warten oder abzubrechen. Habe letzteres gemacht, aber danach überhaupt keine Antwort von dieser Firma. Auch kein Geld zurück. Also hier nichts bestellen. Sie erhalten keine Bestellung und anscheinend auch kein Geld zurück.

I ordered goods in your store for the first time. I liked the prices of goods and the possibility of delivery of purchases in Russia. The parcel has received today. I'm a little afraid of sending a good external filter, but in vain - box, in which were very well packaged goods, was with thick walls. No voids in the box, everything was laid corrugated paper, goods in the box are no loose! Thank you very much to your store for such an attitude to the customer from another country!

I ordered a fishtank light to replace one which had died. They took over a week to ship and they shipped it with the transformer inside the light without any packing to keep it from moving. This resulted in the fluorescent bar breaking off of the housing and one of the two lock down points for the plastic shield to separate from the housing. They have not responded to emails in the last 5 days.

I ordered two condensation trays but they only had one of the size I needed,I was emailed and told . I asked if they could help with telling me if they knew where I could get one at the size I needed but unfortunetly they couldn't. MOST of the sellers here on AquaBid are honest people. HOWEVER, there are those sellers that like to take advantage of new buyers. This is very easy to see for yourself. Check the feedback scores carefully. Check the Negatives. lf you see that most of the new buyers are displaying negative comments about the buyer they've just interacted with then avoid this seller if you are a new buyer here. ls it just a coincidence that new buyers have problems with certain sellers ? l doubt it !! One seller in particular is ANDY PARTIN. His aquabid seller name is AFISHPOND. This guy sells aquatic plants. He's a scam artist that ships out below average plants and then blames the buyer for lying about the " quality " of his plants. This idiot also proudly encourages $#*! fighting in his emails ! And the majority of his emails appear to be written by an extremely illiterate person. Avoid doing business with this fool !!

I have purchased my entire saltwater aquarium's marine life from Aquarium Creations who's on line site is www.aquariumcreationsonline.net and I have been very happy with all the fish and coral I have received. This last order I received some really nice Acans from them, one is the most extreme Acan I have ever seen. Also I just got a Fire Chalice yesterday that I have never seen one like it! I know they had issues in the past but it was that they didn't have enough help. I have seen the improvement. I know use Carl. If you talk to him tell him Maria recommended him..

There is a mod on there named somewhatshocked. they are on a power trip and ban anyone that stands up against criticism and calling him out for being wrong. He will stalk any site you link across any page and look for dumb reasons to ban. I am a paying customer, they charged me double and this guy banned me a week later and it never told me why or have an idea. Good site for information but DO NOT pay them or talk to this guy. He will take your money and kick you out. 5 of my friends were banned for calling him out.

This one mod on the site picks fights with random people and banned them. I was banned for life referencing an call to an Indian call center saying a UPS was not allowed for any aquarium equipment including an air pump. I do not know if the site owners know about him or why he is allowed to continue doing this.

They ship out fish in deplorable condition. I'd say the leftover dead and dying stock. Tried two multiple orders, and same results. Out of a total of 15 fish ordered....two made it and are still alive. Most were on their way to death before they were shipped, it was pretty obvious. I'd order elsewhere if you have to order online.

I ordered a tank raised pinnatus batfish. I received it late in the afternoon and it didn't look well. I figured it might come around after I started slow acclimation. The fish died fours hour later. I contacted them to ask for either a credit or a replacement fish, but they refused. They told me I could get a courtesy $15 credit if I sent them a picture of my tank. A very expensive lesson to learn.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Terrible. Their "guarantee" is written so that if you can't PROVE you know how to acclimate, or if you are ONE DAY LATE with a claim, they simply say no and keep your money. Awful customer service, no concern at all that half my order showed up dead. Basically, they stole my money and responded to my inquiries with form responses, pointing to the fact that their guarantee is not actually a guarantee. Oh, FedEx killed your fish? Too bad. Oh, your fish died the next day? Too bad, we never said your fish would actually live. And they NEVER credit shipping or box charges. This is an online store, boxes are kinda required. But too bad!

Had a horrible experience. First time ordering from them -- got a midas blenny. It arrived dead...was packaged with no cooling packs (unlike the other time I ordered from a reputable coral vendor). It was so warm inside the box...wasn't surprised the fish had died. They obviously don't care about their livestock. I will never be using them again.

Bought a jecod cp40 crossflow pump in 5/2016, red light of death 8/2016. After many many emails back and forth they finally sent some new parts, but they made me pay shipping. 1/2017 pump making horrible noises, cleaned with no improvement. Looks like the bushings are bad. Multiple emails again and they now want me to pay $45 for replacement parts. Pump is piece of junk and fish street does not support their product.

My beloved dog died unexpectedly in her sleep— right after I had ordered her a new dog bed from Chewy. I called and asked about cancelling my order but it had been shipped. I offered to send it back because I never even opened the box. They were very kind and explained but they could not take it back because of the pandemic. They refunded my money anyway and told me to give the bed—an over $100 value— to a local shelter in memory of my dog. Then today a floral arrangement featuring yellow roses arrive from Chewy with a sweet note of comfort. I have cats and support several animal shelters and rescues.
