As others comment, no help whatsoever with a simple change of address. Want you to pay a monthly fee to be able to do it yourself! Phone calls not answered, message left no call back, emailed several times (waiting well over their 10 day service standard), complained - still nothing! No info on site how to make changes if not a premium user. They say they put pets 1st, in my experience all they put 1st is selling their premium service, leaving our pet unprotected. Avoid if you can, but once their chip is in your pet, beware! UPDATE - I did finally receive a reply using a direct email I was given in response to my Trustpilot review and things were changed for me over the phone. Apparently a non-premium customer changes portal is being worked on. However, meantime you will need to call or email to change address. At least our pet is now registered at our new address, so 1 extra star.

I contacted identibase by email with an issue activating my pet's microchip. Wendy (Nurse) responded to my email and was extremely helpful in resolving my problems and also updating areas to complete the registration. Excellent customer service and fast and efficient :)

I purchased the much hyped Buzz Pro from Ecigsupply in Phoenix about 6 weeks ago. Having the luxury of living in Phoenix myself, I had a chance to "Try it before you buy it" which is nice considering the $150.00 asking price for this mod. I had purchased the original Buzz from Ecigsupply in September of 2010 and was sasitified with it's preformance except for a few minor issues and the Buzz Pro had changes that addressed those issues. So, even though the last thing I needed was another mod ecig, I decided to plunk down the coin for a Buzz Pro. Three weeks later the switch failed on my Buzz Pro... For the $150 for the mod, I expected better. MUCH better. A quick search of the internet revealed that this was a common issue with the Buzz Pro. After a conversation with the staff at Ecigsupply, they allowed me to return the mod for FULL CREDIT towards another, different mod. If you have spent any time in the world of Ecigs, you will know that mods are "you bought it, you own it. No returns." To have them take a used mod back in for credit when I should have had to deal with the manufacturer for a repair was an unexpected and much appericiated action.

I placed an order for 91 shirts for a community event. I received the order and 41 out of the 91 shirts were the wrong size and even more frustrating they were youth. I converted some youth XL into Adult mediums since they were similar in size and planned to return 33 shirts. No one could explain how almost half the order was wrong coming from multiple wharehouses. The CSR was unsympathetic and nonchalant. Spoke to a Sup and got a passive aggressive response. I continued to explain my inconvenience and how big a problem this created. I was finally offered a return authorization via email. 5 Days later I haven’t received the return email and I get a shipping notification from UPS today that I’m getting a 19lb Delivery from them. I call them back to find out why, no one knows. Where’s my return auth, no one knows. I’m not accepting the package because I don’t want to be responsible for it, sending it back or anything. Save yourself the hassle. This place will never get my business again. Mistake happen but you have to clean them up correctly and they have failed in that area.

I buy wholesale t-shirts from my local wholesale distributor probably once a month. I tried shirtchamp because their price was better. And I got my shirts quickly. Everything was smooth. Will buy again.

Parcel arrived 5 days late. I complained when it hadn't arrived 4 days after the original postage date, and just asked for a refund as we no longer needed the package (we went elsewhere as it took so long to get here). The customer care people denied that the original date was the case, butbwhen I sent proof of the original date they stopped replying. Pretty poor show.

I said no.. but he did it anyway.. there is something wrong with this person.. dont know why a business would treat a consumer this way.. I have all the emails to show the conversation..greg n

I bought an item from them that failed shortly after beginning to use it. I contacted them and they promptly replaced it, even though the manufacturer's policy was to try to repair first. They responded quickly to my concerns & communication and made it right. Highly recommend!
