The service we received from Clickstay was fantastic when we had to move from our first Umbria villa due to problems with the villa. Within 30 minutes of phoning them to confirm our problem, they found an alternative villa, agreed with the owners that we could arrive by 11am the following day. So impressive when you consider we contacted them at 5pm on a Monday evening from Italy. Truly great customer service.

I have used villerrenters many times and after the name change clickstay the servce is 5 star . Neaver had any problems with bookings .

Since it was my first time there was an offer of reduction for£25 and when I booked it there was no mention of how to claim this. Only when I phoned, you are supposed to get a number BEFORE you book it. Better explanation would help. I now need to claim the offer before I book it again.

I made contact with Mr King as I did not receive the full 10% discount he promised, I paid£792.25 including £30 non refundable deposit. He replied saying he would send a breakdown which I have never received.
I did not receive a welcome pack in the villa on arrival.
The villa was quoted as being luxurious in the write up, on entering it was musty, damp and extremely tired. The curtains were mouldy and Only one fridge was working in the kitchen. The kitchen was extremely drab and not a room we wanted to spend any time in so we ate out. .
View and balcony good but garden very untidy and paths uneven.
Certainly very disappointing.
I would like to hear your comments on the above.

This was very much a last minute 'impulse' booking for a quick 'getaway' break in Spain.
Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently and worked out perfectly.
We would not hesitate to use again and to recommend to others.

The chalet I choose was a wonderful home and the owner was an excellent host. But I though damage deposit was being returned by the owner. Now, I have to spend more reading through your T's and C's to find out how to get it back??

Lovely clean, well equipped Villa, lovely location, 5 minute walk to beach, Nick & his family looked after us very well, thank you :D would definitely go back !

For some reason the system charged us for 3 people for water and utilities - although only 2 were staying and we couldn't correct it. As it amounted to £7 we just let it go. But not good - everything else - great

So far so good,booked our holiday villa in Florida but have yet to go as it is still February and not going until May. So will leave another feedback when we return.

Booking is easy and helpful staff over the phone, payment is straight forward

discusting owner attitude, cancelled my booking after confirming it with the excuse it is not available, and it is still there for those days on site- t\\felt too cheap in the end, why not make an extra buck
i think you should control who advertises their property with you
