I contacted Crosby Blinds to find out how to remedy this and they were extremely helpful and sent me a pair of replacement brakes and a sheet of fitting instructions, which I found easy to follow. The blind is now fully operational again and I would like to commend Crosby Blinds on their excellent after sales service.
