Customer service is great and they answered all of my questions and found the perfect mirror. This mirror is stunning and a show stopper for everyone who walks into the bathroom. This is a great addition to make your space feel upscale and extremely large.

I would have given 5 stars but the item pictured online was not the same as the one I received due to a glitch on their website so I received the wrong light fixture. I called and spoke to Abbey in sales. The customer service I received was exceptional. She promptly emailed a return label and shipped out the correct fixture. I am very happy with my waterproof pond light and the terrific service I received.

I ordered what I thought was a good looking light fixture for my patio umbrella. What I actually ended up purchasing was a battery. The picture showed a light fixture, but the small print was describing a battery. I think the picture of a battery would have been a better choice for making sure that the correct product could be ordered. The company was lovely and issued me an RGA and shipping label to return the batteries that I ordered in error.

I found the ledge lights that I ordered to be of good quality. When I reached out directly to customer service to follow up on an order and when I had a small issue with damaged bulbs it was handled quickly, professionally and with the utmost courtesy. Highly recommend DLaguna

Excellent customer service from Abbey. There were some shipping date issues from the vendor that she took care of in such a kind and professional way. If it weren’t for Abbey I would have cancelled my order. She is a life saver! Thank you Abbey. I would definitely order through DLaguna again. Product was delivered well packaged without a scratch.

waited months for my product. didn't get any communication after first response. the Tiipii was shipped without notification and showed up at my doorstep with no notice. No one contacted me to see if it was ok or to apologize for the ridiculous delay. No offer to make it better. The TiiPii is fine. It is just fine. Not worth the hassle, heartache and time I wasted on it. It sits crooked and I don't know how to fix that and honestly who do I reach out to? You? TiiPii themselves? It seems none of you really care to make things right with customers so why should I bother?

5 months no replacement ????

With the addition of the large mirror to our master bath my wife says "our bathroom is better than the one at the Grand Hyatt in Bangkok" so happy about the useful ambient light the mirror gives off.

I recently was involved in trying to find new counter stools as part of a kitchen re-model. As I soon learned, it almost certainly needs to be done on-line, and trying to find new chairs on line that you can feel comfortable committing to is no easy task. Abbey, the Dlaguna sales rep, made that entire experience as easy as possible. She was informative, accommodating and, just as importantly, responsive. We got the chairs, as promised, a couple of weeks ago, and they are just what we were looking for. I cannot rate Dlaguna any higher based on my experience with Abbey.

Original order placed 9/26/19 today 12/17/19order not complete. Customer Service Abbey King is excellent in trying to get the situation resolved. Almost there 1) received incorrect item—returned 2) received correct item damaged. Replaced some of damaged parts 3) door also damaged that was not initially noticed —-awaiting replacement door now going on 5 weeks. Been in contact with Abbey throughout. Should get new door at anytime. Medicine cabinet is installed with chipped door. Was NOT DLaguna’s fault that the items were broken in shipment. Packages were not handled properly by shipper. Would like to get that replacement door soon. Thank you

I purchased 2 mirrors that happened to come with clocks.one didn’t work. Have been promised a replacement mirror but to this date, 6 months , no new mirror. Have called and spoken to reps but still no mirror. No customer satisfaction. Sadly....because the mirror that is functioning is great!

Mirror was 1 month late and then delivery took 3 weeks beyond that. DLaguna answered phone when I called but was repeatedly wrong about estimates on when mirror would be ready. This was a huge hassle to my project and added large costs from my contractor.

Poor service, I've ordered this product on 12-20-19 today is 01-04-20 still not here. Ray Lara

Took 20 minutes to pick out items, got to checkout and it wouldn't allow me to . Had to call company direct. Told her the problem and she said another customer told her the samething !!!

When our first order arrived damaged, I spoke with Abbey in Sales/Customer Service from California. She was super friendly and helpful in getting us a replacement sent out right away! And we love the lighted mirror that we purchased!
