Package still hasnt arrived, currently 3 days late, nobody to call to find out where it is...would not recommend this courier to any body, will be leaving negative review for their host courier, hunter express also.

Sender posted my item from Brisbane to Sydney on the 22nd of December. After over 50 emails/phone calls l, the crooks at e-go said they’ve exhausted all avenues and have marked my item as lost on the 9th of march. I was even sent a picture of my item in the factory floor but it somehow magically disappeared from there and was untraceable! $1200 item gone with no compensation or accountability by e-go. My guess is they pick and choose what items they wish to steal if it was uninsured and of value. Stay away! These guys are criminals and deserve to be investigated and shut down!!!

Bought outboard motor from Bass hill Nsw arrived in Melbourne within 72 hrs from gumtree purchase and 24 hrs later fitted to my boat . Excellent service , would highly recommend this company .
Going by the reviews I was very doubtful but now I have 100% confidence in this company.
The guy in Nsw sent me photos of the motor on a crate and that’s how it arrived in Bayswater .

I have used e-go around 200 times over the last 5 or 6 years. Everything sent has been delivered. To be fair they do stuff up very very occasionally (less than 1%). It's frustrating you can't call because it's stressful thinking you item is missing or late. But when there was an issue it seemed to get resolved via email over a few days. What you can't deny is the very good rates they charge so for me it's worth it because I send so many items. Don't think paying top dollar will guarantee a quality service. I tried using another courier that claimed to be dynamite (wink,wink), item went missing and they were hopeless when it came to communication. UPS and FedEx are brilliant but you will pay top dollar. On the whole I think they are well worth it and will continue to use them.

Did not ring ahead as requested and now want $12 to redeliver with more delay and the payment must be via bank transfer! Customer service is non existent. Avoid at all costs!

Scheduled a delivery on Friday, I have booked deliveries before and know that e go truck comes between 12 4pm, so I sat in the living room and started working on my laptop, waiting to hear a knock on the door so I can open my garage and help driver load the goods onto the truck. At around 2:48pm, got an email for e go that my delivery was labelled futile as driver was not able to pick it up because the driver stated “not ready for pickup”. Was I supposed to keep my item worth more than $1000 on the road? The driver clearly didn’t either bother to stop by the home or didn’t even came to the address because he had more important things to do. Now e go wants more money from me on top of the $125 I already paid for insurance, re delivery and extra $2.5 to call on phone. They want $44 or me to drop it off 100km. When I ask for refund, they said I can only get back $63. I seriously hope this company shuts down.

E-go delivered 16 x 25kg bags of fish food to my house. Arrived without notifying me and delivered 8 bags.
Days later without telling me they delivered the rest.
The driver threw them over my driveway gates and one bag burst open. I sell this food to customers.
They took no responsibility and offered no compensation. Apparently we should have insured the delivery. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Basically had no issues with the time it took for the package to arrive, the items were shipped on a Friday and received by the Tuesday. The biggest issue and why the rating is at 1 star is the general care for the items shipped. On every single box clear as day it has the symbol "handle with care" but instead I receive crushed and ripped boxes. Watching the driver pull the boxes out of the car there were other heavy items just stacked on top. With over $4000 worth of discontinued car parts you can bet that I am not happy with the amount of care taken by these guys. No wonder in their terms they say they won't be held responsible for damages otherwise I don't think they would be running as a business. Honestly don't use these guys they are negligent and incompetent. Pay the extra money to go with Toll or TNT at least you have the assurance that your packages won't be damaged. Worst courier in Australia.

Business is on a corner block has 2 entrances but only one used , notice on unused entrance asking to use street entrance but apparently they can’t read and got charged a futile pick up charge even though we were here waiting for them. They used to be good now going to sendle 1/10

Wife Booked/paid for priority pickup of 10 items (2 consignments) from WA to NSW.
No pickup/Courier attended, quick to take money, dropped items at depot myself.
This business is a scam/scam/scam/scam/scam
