great service they arrived in two days even with the lock down so fast can get less mg on site which is great and cheaper ,good box it came in even i ordered 20 packets of motives still got through the letter box .not going any where else now my husband well pleased xx

I order about a month ago and saw eliquids 6 for £10. So i thought that it would be enough till the current situation is over. Proved me wrong. However customer service was terrible. I was told it had already been dispatched but never came. I had to wait 10days to find out what. Still didnt come. I emailed them and they said it is on its way and still took 5 days to arrive. If i could of have no stars i would choose that.

OMG what can i say about this company .... i honestly cant praise them enough .... Brilliant products .... customer service is 100% on it ..... if you order before 3pm on a working day they dispatch the same day (Free delivery for orders £10 or more) ... all my orders have been delivered the very next day ..... BRILLIANT !!! Keep up the good work :)

I ordered 8 10ml bottles (2 different types) on Thursday evening. I received my order on Saturday morning. Very quick delivery. I normally pay £10 for 3, but from Electric Tobacconist I got 4 for £10. The website was easy to use and after choosing the items I wanted to buy, it was a bonus that delivery was free for orders over £10 too!

Recently decided to quit smoking AGAIN and I must say Electric Tobacconist were exquisite and this was my first order from them and there will be plenty more to come! The website was easy to use and they have many different offers on and I also received a voucher code via email when signing up BONUS! my friend ordered himself some vape stuff on the same day before me from somewhere else and I received my delivery before him and its now been a week and he still hasn't received his order HAHA I'll advise him to use Electric Tobacconist from now on. Thanks to you guys I haven't had a single cigarette since Saturday! would definitely recommend these guys to friends and family! keep up the good work!

A forum I tend to lurk around recommend to check this site out as they had some salts on offer which I really liked at a great price so I made an order for x8 10ml bottles paid for Next Day Delivery and received it the next day. All there and accounted for but the packaging was damn awful! Like every other company I've dealt with will atleast package them in a jiffy bag but this company literally just put them in a mailing bag with 0 protection at all and the bag had a small tear in the bottom, luckily our local DPD driver is a really nice lady because she noticed the tear and put my parcel to one side so the contents wouldn't fall out. Had she not done that or we had a different driver that day atleast 4 out of the 8 bottles (unboxes ones) would've likely fallen out of the parcel and ended up rolling around some DPD van somewhere!

Not great, don't think I'll be using this company again unless they step their game up, would rather spend the little extra money and go with a company who actually pack their orders correct and safe. A jiffy bag costs what, 20p?

Not impressed with the service, paid £4.99 for next day delivery which didn't happen. Prices shown without vat I had quite a shock when I saw that. I will not use them in the future. Sorry to say my local vape shop has far better prices. Very disappointed

Had a slight issue with my device (I’ve worked in a vape shop for 4 years so knew what was up) and SCOTT got back to me within minutes, sent him videos of my issue and arranged a replacement to be sent the next day. Everything before this was absolutely perfect too, good prices and very quick delivery!

Awful..... paid 6.99 for the dpd Saturday delivery. Never showed up. Emailed them 3 times on Monday to get an automated response telling me to use my tracking number. Nice if I had one. Very fed up right now and having to wait in all day on the off chance it will actually show up

I have been a customer for a few years now, ordering month in month out.
I received an order this month where the liquids were labeled one thing but contents were another.
Very shocked to find there was no telephone number, their reason due to too many phones calls - so submitted my ticket.
I am a business so read my emails constantly inc spam and no emails received - sent another ticket which was replied with we have sent you a reply and a copy attached - funny how I received that one.
It asked me to open all 15 bottles to see which ones were not correct - I did this sent reply - no response - I replied again - no response- on the 3rd One I did receive a response saying they had not received the lasts one -
They said they would send me the 3 replacements and I did not have to send back the faulty ones as if that was their gesture of goodwill.
Good customer service would have been a greater gesture.
I have recommended this company to all - but no more and will no longer be using

Been using ET for about 2 years and I've only had to get in touch with them on 2 occasions and both times their Customer Service was amazing.

I ordered some liquids that were lost in the post and they sent me replacements within 2 days and recently my ecig developed a fault, i sent it back on Monday morning for them to test and i recieved a replacement though the post this morning. Can't ask for much more. Thanks Keanu and Scott!

received my order yesterday which was 5 packets of cartomisers short emailed them they got back to me in half an hour and they are sending them first class to me. Excellent service.

They get orders out quickly and are reliable BUT they removed a 1 star review I gave for one of their vape kits.

Therefore, I am not sure you can trust their reviews as they have removed mine, without giving a reason or even notifying me, so it makes me wonder, how many other low scoring reviews are they removing from products that they sell.
