I found that this app was rather Moderately Easy to follow and simple to understand for a basic first time user , who dossent normally do things this way , very friendly and helpful

Cost me $98 to lodge my tax when I earns less then 5k and had a tax return of $280.
Shouldnt be so expensive cost almost half my tax return

5th year of our tax return submissions today and again fast and easy. One of the easiest and user friendly web sites ever used. I am submitting this return on Boxing Day so it will probably be processed before New Years Day. How is that for speed?

I am using E-tax to help my 96-year-old-father with his taxes (I have done my own taxes for years, but because of unfamiliarity with certain aspects of his, chose to work with E-tax). However, I am finding working with E-tax a bit challenging, especially as regards communication. There is a lot of form responses being sent out rather than personal communication, responses are sent as though the previous communication had not been read, and questions are not responded to in a timely manner or directly. I am hoping for a happy ending, but will not likely use E-tax again.

I have not lodged a return for a few years and am overseas with my home rented out. I found it very difficult and expensive to contact ATO to advise them I needed to lodge a return. Etax was simple, quick and took the hassle out of lodging.

Spent over 3 hours battling with MyGov app.
This was time saving and easy to fill out using my mobile phone.
Now about to lodge my wifes tax return and tell all my staff.

Last year July, I paid the fee for getting a tax return.

After paying the fee, I haven't heard anything back from them.
Now, 3 weeks ago, I decided to try and send an email again, but without any success.

Just wondering why there are so many good reviews, and I lost my money and I'm getting ignored?

OMG this thing saved my life, I'm living in the US and was quoted a very high fee to get my Australian tax return done. I was able to use the online chat, and they were able to assist with foreign income questions. Cannot recommend this enough!!

i hav been using E Tax for over 5 years & find it to be very easy & quick, with constant communication from the tax advisers on email to confirm information. the support online has also been helpful when there is a discrepancy in the information atht needs to be clarified.

It's the first time I've used a online Tax service, I found it a very easy and quick experience, the online chat service with a qualified accountant very helpful I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Really easy to use - have used Etax Accountants for the past few years. I love the fact there is always someone to ask questions to whilst online completing return. It seems to save everything as you go along and if your also unsure it shows you what you entered the previous year as a reminder.

I found etax so easy to use, I completed my tax in one hour and got a great refund. Love the pre-fill sections which saves so much time. Will use every year, saves me money on big tax office charges too. Can not fault them.

I only work 1 day a week and I believe my tax return was meant to be $201. I have just seen your return of $112. I think that is a lot of money taken by you for doing such a small return.

Found it very easy to use, only taken 10-15 minutes and I will keep using this every year now. But please make it 20 words as 30 is way way way to many
