The experience end to end was excellent and Angeli and Clark from the Expat Online team I worked with clearly have the client experience process well oiled. Both were responsive and courteous, taking as much pain away from the process as is possible. I appreciated the team taking me through the ‘new’ process and felt confident in the teams legislative knowledge throughout.
I was recommended to expat tax online and I will in turn recommend expat tax online due to my very personal positive experience too.

This is the second year in a row I have used this service. Sharlene helped my husband and I complete a first time joint filing. She was kind on every email and answered our questions promptly. I have already recommended my friends to this service and my husband and I, no doubt, will return to them next year.

They make it very easy to get US and Canadian taxes done. I have been using them for a few years. I would definitely recommend them.

I’ve now used Expat Tax Online’s service two years and I am so happy I found them! They make it very easy and affordable to get my taxes done well on time. For anyone living abroad, I would 100% recommend their services!

I have had my taxes done by Expat Online for the last three years, and I don't plan on going anywhere else in the future. Communication is key, and they keep in touch with me every step of the way, when ever I have a question they never leave me waiting for a reply. I appreciate how easy the whole process is. And highly recommend them..

Basically everything went well, Janine tried to hurry me but quickly understood that I needed to wait for information from the French IRS, She was efficient and pleasant but in that I was a returning customer I don't understand why the questionnaires did not take that into account. I had to answer so many questions again when you had the information from last year. The names and addresses of banks and bank account numbers that didn't change.

Have used Expat Tax Online now for 4 year's of tax returns and couldn't be happier with their service. Their experts are very knowledgeable and always get back to me in a timely manner. Taxes can always be time-consuming when gathering all required documentation, but Expat was patient and very thorough; they knew exactly which files were missing or needed to be signed. Most importantly, they are cost-effective, easily reachable and always available to help. I worked mostly with Gerald and Jocelyn and I will definitely be filing with them again. I remember seeing an on-line post a year ago from an expat friend of mine regarding her positive experience with Expat Tax Online. After speaking with my friend at the beginning of this year, I checked out the Expat Tax Online website and ended up chatting online about the process and to my delight seeing the minimum cost for the required forms I would need. After some time of debating and finally making the decision to switch preparers, I was quickly introduced to my client coordinator. The communication and assistance I have received throughout by my client coordinator has made the process easy and no question went unanswered. I am very happy with the thorough communication, assistance and my overall experience with Expat Tax Online services.

Expat Tax Online supported me with completing the Streamline Tax Amnesty program, as well as completing the current year taxes. They have amazing customer service to aid you with fulfilling questions and they work as fast as they can while being realistic in a timeline in order to ensure they complete your taxes in a sufficient manner. I will continue to use Expat Tax Online.

Gerald from Expat Tax kept me up to date with the progress of my tax returns regularly, and requested clarification when he was unclear. The tax return was done in a timely manner, and the cost was reasonable compared with other providers. This is our 5th year of having our taxes done by Expat Tax, and I would recommend them.
