A document (envelope) was being shipped from Canada to Australia. For whatever reason it was went through the US via Memphis and Honolulu on the way to Sydney. It made it all the way to Sydney only to be recalled by the US (before they delivered it) for some reason. The US said that my document failed to clear customs...Yet they let it leave the US and enter Australia. I call the customer service number and get nowhere. I ask to speak with someone in Australia and they don't have anyone local who I can speak with. I needed to call back 3 times before anyone would attempt to help me (unless you call them back, they never call you). Now my document (which we paid priority international shipping rate so it would arrive fast) is being sent back on a slow slow slow economy speed back the US for them to have their customs people review it. I am beyond frustrated with FedEX and their service. They have no consideration for the stress they place on their customers. To add insult to injury, the fact that they had my document on Australian soil, only to send it back to a country which it did not originate from is ridiculous. The whole situation is bizarre as the document is by no means illegal and really is only valuable to me. Oh, and I did send it as a document on the forms (which were all completed correctly), so there really shouldn't have been a customs clearance issue to begin with. It's also odd that the return to sender (Memphis US even though it was shipped from Canada??) tracking number shows the envelope is heavier than when it was received in Sydney. Overall extremely unreliable service and is not suitable for time sensitive documents.

The package never left the country due to Covid19 and was stuck in Sydney for 2 weeks. They eventually returned to package to me but I was changed Fair bit. After few phone calls I was finally issued a credit note which I don't want. I want the money refunded onto my credit card. This has been going on for 2 months.↵(ended up using DHL for almost half the price and it has been delivered)

My parcel was scheduled to arrive by 5pm today that didn't happen↵i rang fedex got overseas call centre who had no idea tried to tell me it was still in china & that it wouldn't be here until tuesday. i quoted her details from their tracking website where it says it as at Matraville Sydney Fedex depot she is getting a tracking team to contact me within an hour allegedly.↵From their useless virtual assistant !!↵Your shipment has arrived at a FedEx location and is moving as scheduled for delivery. ↵Your package is expected to be delivered on 24 January 2020 by 12:00 AM↵FedEx is committed to providing our customers with the most up-to-date information on package status, so you may see your package status change a few more times before it arrives.↵ Team leader has admitted they made an error i don't know what error & they don't deliver on weekends what century are we in 19th ?

I'm waiting for a delivery - took 3 days to get from USA to Perth, Western Australia, where it has now been sitting for a week. It has been on its way to my place for 2 days now, and when checking today, there is now no delivery date available. Fedex Perth, your service needs to seriously improve if you want to survive.

I had to stop using Fedex for my uniform shipments from Bangkok, and change to DHL. Fedex used to deliver to Brisbane via Singapore, but changed their hub to Guangzhou a couple of years ago. This has led to a 1-2 day slower delivery than before.↵↵DHL is far qicker and reliable as they deliver via Singapore.

I have been waiting since Jan 3rd for a delivery and now that has arrived Jan 16th I get a rep asking if I have an import licence to import tobacco.↵All because the title of the import of the vaping product states Honey& Caramel TOBACCO.↵Trying to explain to FedEx our Laws on importing vaping products is like talking to a wall.↵After numerous phone calls emails and different phone calls I keep getting deferent answers from everyone l I speak to.↵I will be emailing my supplier and begging them to use a different courier in future.

I received a text requesting payment for customs which I paid through Fedex's own link. Two days later I get a message saying I haven't paid. I rang and spent ages on hold trying to find out the problem and was told someone would ring back. No one did. Rang again, emailed proof of payment, told someone would ring me back - same story, no one did. Finally I get a message the parcel would be delivered so I waited home for it - only to receive yet another text saying that I hadn't paid! Another 30 minute phone call and even the Fedex customer support can't raise anyone in their own Customs department. I try three times on Fedex Custom's direct line and I finally get hold of them to find out they've missed a further charge of $60 - even though I'd paid them exactly what they had asked for - no explanation at all on the text about there being any 'additional charge' they'd neglected to tell me about. There is no means of finding out the problem via the website tracking either which is absolutely hopeless. Still don't know now when my package will be delivered - was told to ring up a different department to find out so that's at least another half hour wasted and with a zero success rate in getting any response out of them so far I don't know if I can face it.↵↵Would never use Fedex if I was a supplier.

I ordered a very expensive ($thousands) piece of equipment Dr's need to assist in hopefully saving my wife's life. I paid big extra money for priority international shipping. Now, the item is being held allegedly in customs, with nobody doing anything. I am not being provided a way to speak to anyone, and nobody is responding to my demands to speak to someone beyond the customer service rep I get when I call Fedex. I am told I need to provide information, but then also told by Fedex they are not allowed to provide me contact information for anyone involved in this. I have asked repeatedly how and where I am to provide the information they request. They just repeat themselves that someone I am not allowed to contact needs information. I will NEVER EVER again pay Fedex to ship anything internationally.

I live in East Greenwich RI. and just wanted Fed Ex to know that the driver on my route gets it right every time!!. Not one of my orders has gone to the wrong place (I live in a basement apt of a 2 family home, around the back on a different street). Usually when the competition delivers my packages they go to the main house, but every single package from Fed Ex has always been delivered to my door!! Thank you for having such conscientious and reliable employees!!↵

had 2 packages picked up from 1 supplier got email that they were going to be delivered next day gave me 2 tracking numbers. next day door bell rang and within 5 seconds the delivery driver was booting bottom of front door driver was very rude and aggressive only had 1 package had to wait in till 6 pm but other package did not turn up only to get another email that the package was going to be delivered next day would not recommend using Fedex for deliveries as when you look at tracking there is no time estimation just package in transit so need to stay in from 9 till 6 other delivery firms give you a rough estimate time of delivery so don't need to stop in all day

As a customers and receiving a package i missed the delivery one morning. They left a note telling of the missed delivery. Early afternoon i received a call from the Truro, NS office stating i could pick the parcel up at the office or arrange another delivery date. I said i would pick it up. The employee gave me directions to their office. He was very pleasant. I arrived just prior to closing and the employee asked for id. I said i have my id in the car. He said great. He brought out the package and machine to sign for the package out to my car. I showed my id and signed for it. This staff member was just great to facilitate this delivery. He was most kind and professional. FedEx should be very pleased to have such an employee

I know that couriers can get a bad reputation for service and delivery. However, in this instance, a lady from Fedex delivered my dog food via Jurassic Bark. The lady courier was friendly, dog-friendly, engaging and timely. As mentioned the service was friendly, transparent and efficient. Perfect delivery. So, well done FedEx.↵

Nice man, who even carried my rug to the third floor! The rug arrived in perfect condition and the man was very pleasant. I wouldn’t normally think of FedEx for UK delivery but I would happily use them again based on this experience.↵

Delivered promptly and efficiently. However, the delivery gentleman from TNT, after a small delay due to a defective doorbell, was abrupt and disingenuous when taking my signature. Satisfactory just a shame that he didn't communicate or have a more cheery disposition but he was not offensive.↵

Reggie Hendricks is amazing ! He actually texted my phone to see if I would be home soon to get my package before he left it. I'm very appreciative of him, my last package was left outside in the rain ($150). I was home on my couch & the last guy didn't even bother to knock !
