I really struggled to find somewhere who coyld supply what i needed - 2 x 3m poles all in 1 piece amd in the right size but with a call to Fendow I had exactly what i needed and with a very quick delivery too - great service!

The curtain rails, rings and finials are all of excellent quality, reasonably priced and delivered within 2 working days of ordering, for both orders we placed. (Later) They have now been up and running for a week or more and the curtain rails are working very well indeed. We couldn't ask for anything better. Thank you.

Fendow provided a great service as they tailor made a curtain rail for me as I didn’t want to have a central bracket as I have eyelet curtains over bifold doors so needed a long pole.

Once again a five star service from fendow. The curtain Poles are stunning, very competitively priced, and top quality. They arrived quickly and extremely well packaged. I have used Fendow before and will definitely purchase from them again. Highly recommended.

I would recommend them and in particular Lesley who looked after me exceedingly well over the telephone and by email. She sorted out the error I had made in my order as well as problems presented by the courier (DX). A faultless customer care experience.

I needed a pole 4.8 metres long and this was the only company I could find who produced a quality long pole without having to have several connectors/joins along the length of it (there is one in the centre with a support which is acceptable). I had made enquiries with customer service and they emailed me a few suggestions which was extremely helpful. I placed my order on a Thursday afternoon and the item was delivered first thing Friday morning - excellent service

I needed to increase the number of curtain rings I had on my curtain pole because we are fitting new curtains. I tried to find some brass rings like the ones I already had but the only ones that Fendow did, that were close, were these Swish rings. They came in good time, but when they arrived I realised they were total unsuitable; wrong colour and wrong style. This is not the fault of Fendow, but illustrates the problem of buying things using the Internet because you cannot really see what you are buying.

I contacted Fendow Customers Services by email to see if I could return the unwanted curtain rings. Lesley, at Fendow Customer Services was most helpful and emailed me a return number and return address for their wholesaler. I have only just sent of the returned goods - so I wait to see the outcome of this exercise, where I am expecting to have the price of the curtain rings refunded to my credit card.

The problem is really one of buying things using the Internet - perhaps one solution Fendow could adopt is to allow customers to buy a sample first. So for instance one ring or a small piece of a pole - just to see what it looks like.

This is the first time I’ve used this company and would use them again I ordered one morning and they were delivered the next morning well packed. The gentle man who put them up a professional builder said he had never seen curtain rods of such good quality. I by mistake ordered far to many rings my fault I phoned the company and they have arranged to have them picked up and returned at a small cost for postage. Would highly recommend this company any time. Bit dearer than your usual DIY store but the quality and service is outstanding guess you get what you pay for. Thank you to the lady I dealt with

Easy to order and delivered promptly (even though delivery company tried to deliver to the wrong house, he came back later that day!) Very pleased with pole and half the price local shops wanted to charge.
