I purchased a knife online with Furi. After I had purchased the knife, it became out of stock. Because it was to be a present I had to cancel the order. Congratulations to Furi, for their after sales service and quick refund.

I like the knives and once recieved it was what I expected.
But, I placed my order and from that point recieved zero information on if my order was recieved, picked, sent, in transit etc. The other thing was Aust Post emailing me to say estimated delivery of Thursday at around the time they were knocking on my door on Tuesday. Not the biggest drama although I have had items from the USrecently and the tracking was awesome. So overall, happy with the product but delivery mechanism was very average.

Once my order was placed, it didn't take long for the delivery to arrive. Only negative is didn't receive a tracking number before the goods were delivered. Didn't really matter, but got a notification to say they'd been delivered before any notification about their travels
