My order was not properly fulfilled. The 'free' straws were not packed. I ordered two bowls and only received one. Nobody answers the phone or responds to emails. Too bad because I think the product is great. I was thinking this could be a great product for some friends ' store here in Colorado ski country. Just a total joke of an operation - in my opinion.

They got back to me and fulfilled the rest of my order. My only complaint is the order was not initially fulfilled properly and nobody would answer the phone - apparently they were moving their offices that day. But the phone message did not indicate that. So, I think the two reviews balance out. Like I said, great product.

I made several purchases of Silipint products. I received a bowl with a 'dirty mark' embedded in the center. I also received 16 oz glass in what is their Hippy Hops line, ("supposedly" a multi-colored, swirly variegated pattern, but mine just looked like a smudgy mess that I was not happy with, so I called and asked the company if I could exchange those. I felt I received 'defects'. My phone call would not be resolved at that time, but rather, I was piped to the voicemail of the President/CEO and left a mssg. Well, first off, the the Co President(?) Alex would not return my call, but instead sent me an email, to which I fully outlined the problems, and asked for an exchange (on those unused items). He replies with all this defensive, righteous, narcissistic B.S basically treating me like I am fully ignorant and blind, and asking for photos, etc. I could tell I was just wasting my time and in the end it would just be an exercise in futility. Additionally, Right after my 1st purchase, I was asked to write review in exchange for a good percentage off a next order, which I did, then come to find out the coupon code (which I had to call in about because the one first issued didnt work!) the one verbally given to me as a replacement only worked for 'some' items, not for others that I wanted to purchase. I do NOT think this is a company that cares about full customer satisfaction (though they claim to be on their website), and my own customer experience was only met with disrespect and un-resolve! I think this co is shameful.

Alex D did an amazing job responding to our product concerns. Our issue was that we had a brand new lid, which split at the straw hole. After a quick email with a few photos, we received a "better" lid (XL) that is perfect. Our daughter is super happy with her new cup and lid. Thanks again Alex!

I received my order very quickly and love the sippy cups. I also got 4 of the glow in the dark 12oz cups and a set of glow in the dark shot glasses. I thought the glow in the dark was a bit boring. Over all very satisfied with them and will get more in the future for myself and gifts.

I bought the 9 ounce cup and love it. Comfortable to hold no matter how hot the drink is. Won’t scratch the furniture and no worries about breaking it! All around amazing product.

I gave a friend a Glow in the dark Oregon Silipint and shot glass. She loved it and I gave to her just before Oreg/Oregon State Game. I love the variety of designs and options. I love ordering different ones online and have them shipped. They are local in Bend, OR. and I have even taken a personal Birthday card to them to include in my order. Super nice people and very accomidating. My granddaughter loves the 9 oz. for puddings and jello to use for the great-grandkids snacks and desserts. So many uses...so great that they go in the dishwasher. Can't have too may sizes. You'll love your Silipints !

I just received my 16oz SiliPint glow in the dark cup and I love it. I took it to my son's baseball game and the other mothers were fascinated (and a bit jealous) by my cup. I dropped the cup, it bounced on the bleacher, and somehow I caught it on the up-bounce. (I probably couldn't do that again if I tried.) The other moms took notice and started commenting on how cool the cup was. We even discussed personalizing the cups and selling them as a fundraiser. Thanks for a great product SiliPint!

I bought 3 for Father's Day gifts! All are awesome and the Happy Camper has a measurement markings. Really cool! And great price!

I sent the boy pints and bowls for Father's day. Unfortunately, he dosn't get to use them. My grandkids have comondeered them. They love them.

This is my second purchase from silipint, the first being a pint glass (great for a backyard bbq or in the house) this time a 2 pack of wine glasses. The wine glasses are a bit thinner than the pint but once you get used to it its just fine!

I saw one in a brewery and bought one then had to track down where they came from. Have since bought 6 pint glasses!!!!

I first used a Silipint when a friend made me a latte and brought it to me at church. Loved it! Immediately ordered my own - and two for my daughters. The lid does not stay in place - I have to keep pushing it down into place. Consequently, I hesitate to use it because I'm afraid all my hot coffee will come spilling out on my face! This did not happen on the cup I used and belonged to my friend. Hmmmm.

Got our order of 4 base tumblers and 4 shooters and they seem like they will be ideal for adults and kids on the patio and in the pool area. Different colors will make it easy to identify everyone's drink, and the size and unbreakability is perfect for us. The colors are beautiful and vivid.

I give Sili Pint a 5. They are a top notch company in my eyes. I love their products and they are more than willing to help you. I gave a Sili Pint to my family and close friends. Highly recommend them

I had never heard of Silipint prior to receiving a pint glass as a gift this past Christmas, but it ended up being one of my favorite gifts. I love it so much that I bought myself a travel lid and straws to go with it, and have since bought additional cups, lids and straws for my family at home. I never thought silicone drinkware would make such a big impression on my life, but I am in awe! I have been able to use my pint glass for everything I drink, from water to coffee (and I can even warm up my coffee in the microwave after I have wandered off and forgotten about it- though I will say, my coffee does tend to stay warmer for longer than if I had it in a regular mug). I love that once you get a good seal with the travel lid, which is not hard to do, it does not leak. The first day I got my lid, I made sure that the lid was properly sealed along the edges and the straw hole (and the drinking hole was closed) and then walked around my house with my cup completely upside-down- it didn't drip at all! The other thing I like about the travel lid is that it is very similar in design to your average disposable coffee lid (like you would find at Starbucks). A perfectly-sized opening that doesn't cause your beverage to gush into your mouth, and has a comfortable, nice-sized raised lip (for your lips). A note about the straws too; My daughter is a notorious straw chewer, and I'm honestly not sure how her teeth have survived the numerous cracked acrylic straws she's had over the years, but she is an incredibly happy camper with her new silistraws. They have survived several weeks of daily chewing thus far without any visible damage and it has been lovely to not worry about her teeth and say "honey, please stop chewing on your straw" every five minutes! I cannot wait for this summer when I don't have transfer my beverage into travel mugs or water bottles in order to drink them outside and avoid having a bug-filled beverage or accidentally knocking it over and spilling my drink everywhere when I'm hanging out on my lawn. I can just thrown on the travel lid and bring my already-being-used-silipint outside with me, worry-free!

I already own a cupboard full of Silipint glasses of various colors and styles, and I use them every day at home, plus when traveling by car or RV. Latest purchase: one of the new style lids with a set of the straws for myself, one for a gift to a friend who also loves her Silipints. These lids sit deeply into the Silipint, fit quite snugly, and are absolutely terrific for maintaining the beverage temperature, hot or cold, plus preventing spills. These lids are a fabulous, simple, durable topper for a fabulous, simple, durable drink holder!

Having three kids from 2-13 and two crazy boxers we have had numerous broken glasses and mugs over the years. I ran into silipint cups and thought, eh, why not see how they work. We loved the first two I bought right off the bat. We've since ordered several others in different colors and styles. They've already been put to the test with falls. Still not liking the spills but love the bounce!! No more worrying about things like did I get all the broken glass cleaned up, was anyone hurt, oh drat that was a gift mug I can't replace. These are a worthy investment.

I love my straight-sided 12 oz colorful cup AND my 16 oz tumblers. BUT, I want you to make a 16 oz straight-sided tumbler, too.
