Package arrived yesterday after being held at British Customs and clearance for several days until I got a message from them (via snail mail) to pay £5.00 plus purchase tax (Value added tax) and the pack was delivered promptly this morning. (Hooray).

The Naniwa bridge is well made, no instructions in English but the picture explains it well enough. Needs a little extra padding at both ends to stop it marking the sink, other than that it's good.

The Itto-Ryu Hammered White #2 Gyuto 240mm is a great "starter" knife. I love its style and finish. It is very sharp - managed to cut myself in the first five minutes out of the box. It feels great in my hand and is a pleasure to use. It appears to be a superb price/value choice.

The Imanishi Two Sided 1K/6K Stone worked well in my first touch-up session and also seems to be a great price/value choice.

Ordered on Saturday morning and had my knife on Monday. Impressed doesn't quite cover it.

Live in Puerto Rico when ordering online items from Amazon usually takes 14 to 20 days. (So much for having Prime) Chef Knives to Go... 7 days and I have my Item.
As for this Item its the Fujiwara 240km Gyuto. I'm using it in my Culinary Arts class. It has replaced my School Standard 10 inch Mercer. The Fujiwara is on a whole different level than the Mercer. I feelings a great professional knife for a beginner
