Now theres gone 11 days and it still say pending and after atleast 6 emails to them, i got no answer i highly recommend people to stay away from these guys!

Update 22 days and still no answer or change in order!!!

I ordered several Bytecc Aluminum Notebook Coolers from Hardware Cooling and after a few months one of the fans stopped working. I emailed them to see if I could get a replacement. They not only gave me a replacement but gave me FREE shipping on my next order with them. When it comes to customer service Hardware Cooling knows how to handle their customers.

I ordered 4 pairs of speakers during the black friday sale 2008. I was really looking forward to getting these speakers.

As the Christmas season went on, I received my online orders from other merchants (amazon.com, etc.). The order went to processing on 12/5.

Since then I've emailed them four times and received no responses. Very dissatisfied with their customer service. In the meantime, I've noticed they continue to list the speakers for sale that they have yet to ship me.

I ordered Enermax Aeolus Aluminum Notebook Cooler Total: $84.90 on 07.07.2008 they immediately took money from my credit card and to this day i haven`t receive my order i wrote them 6 emails to refund money or i will report them for fraud they answered only 2 times that they having trouble to ship to my country serbia (yugoslavia) via usps but i have received over 20 orders via usps without any problems i also call them 3 days ago that is my 4 call to them to refund money they said that they will issue refund on that day at the end of the work and they didn`t do anything.

Item received 12 days after placing order. I wish that this company would send out a tracking number, rather than a delivery confirmation, so the buyer could follow the status of their product.

I placed an order for Logitech computer speakers on 11/28/2008. After waiting for a couple of weeks, I emailed them about my order but got no response. My credit card was charged right away, but the order shows up as "pending" on their site even after a month and eight days! I will be calling my credit card company to dispute the charges. I am very disappointed with this website and would advice everyone stay away from them.

These guys oversold logitech z680 speaker sets, took it off their website, placed it back on their website, and now cant fulfill my order, after holding my money for over a week.

Quite bad business, as I was one of the first to order. They tell me they will notify me when the item is back in stock...

Get a freaking website that can determine if you are out of stock, or dont play games on the website by removing it, then adding it again...

you are out of this item, but STILL have it on your website, for sale! You either are trying to hide a price mistake or lying through your teeth. Won't EVER buy from these guys again.

Ordered a $20 item with $13 USPS shipping over two weeks ago. I can live with the ridiculously inflated shipping charge. I can't live with the fact that my order is still "PENDING." almost 3 weeks later and my credit card was charged the same day!

The web site still shows the item in stock and multiple emails have gone unanswered.

I'VE SHOPPED EVERYWHERE ON THE WEB, AND THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. VERY SHADY RESELLER. I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO STAY AWAY!
