Regarding Nick Nicky & Sarah the service & help was excellent but the hold up in exchange & subsequent completion was far too long due to the extra solicitor & the investor asking questions @ the eleventh hour

Explain that although there was a possibility of the ownership of the freehold being sold that in fact this would take place prior to completion and that a new owner would be in place on the actual day of completion.I WAS COMPLETLY UNAWARE that this was a possibility and was left wondering what exactly Homewise really did do and exactly how they operate.

The team were extremely helpful at the start of the process but as soon as any problems arose became less than helpful and in fact accused me of lying at one point over what had actually taken place.

Homewise is a good scheme for people without dependents or sufficient capital to retain a good percentage of the freehold value, however this is probably a very costly option for most people.

From the fist phone call, Then meeting with James I felt at ease every thing was explained in simple easy to understand, the freind that was with me was amazed he listen to what I was looking for asking questions on what I wanted most from my home & what I needed then pulled out the house I now living in, I don’t drive so Charlotte pick us up I have never laughed so munch but she did an excellent job keeping us going by 10/30 next day I had call from Staut to say you have your house, I was looked after by Hannah till I moved to my new home.
I new from the start what it cost so know unexpected expenses, all I had to do was get ready to move.
They took the worry out of moving

I was accompanied on two separate occasions to view properties, on both occasions the homewise staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They offered excellent advice and helped with relevant and pertinent questions at each property. On the second occasion they were able secure a viewing of a property not on original itinerary.

I had so many financial worries after my husband's death I thought I would end up homeless but homewise came to the rescue I needed a garden for my dog lily and extra bedrooms for my sons and I now have a cottage I dreamed of once the weather improves all the staff were wonderful even when I broke down in tears when it almost fell apart when the buyer pulled out homewise were there for me and I cannot thank them enough for getting me through it

First class, the Homewise plan for us is the perfect solution we accept it is not for everyone, However Homewise ensure you are happy and the Homewise plan is right for us. As we proceeded through the process they constantly kept in touch keeping us informed all the way. You have made a couple of pensioners and their family very happy. Thank you

I have given Homewise 5 stars as the moment I phoned then about the
Home for Life Plan, they have been excellent to me. I first spoke with
David Swinbank, who was very kind and understanding.

Then had a meeting with Rhonda Wilkins who came to my home
and told me, my sister and brother-in-law all about how Homewise
worked.

I had found a Home that I really loved a day before the meeting,
and Rhonda phoned to start buying it at that moment. I was
amazed at the wonderful service I had been given.

After that I was appointed Hannah Parker to see me through the sale and
she was just like a wonderful friend. Homewise has been he best thing
that has happened to me in a long time.

From the very first phone call they were professional, easy to talk to and was aware of my father-in-laws needs and because of this they didn't rush us to make any decisions They accepted the fact that my Father-In-Law sometimes got upset and overwhelmed by things, so they knew what they were and weren't able to discuss with him.

Hannah especially went over and above her “duty of care” and coming up to the age of 75 this was exceedingly reassuring... I RECOMMEND HOMEWISE to any person meeting the age criteria as I am living in a wonderful 2-bedroom-2-garden property which is not the in a block of flats!

THANK YOU HOMEWISE AND HANNAH - I COULD NEVER HAVE MADE IT WITHOUT YOUR HELP.

We are unsure how our contract with Homewise has now resulted in our being
transferred to another company???
Homewise did seem to be very helpful and professional. Who knows what this other company will be like. We are concerned!

I was treated with the up most curtisy by jane she made me feel at ease like weve known each other for yrs rather than a few hrs and the rest of the team at homewise i cant fault they have always been there expecially stuart chainey he has been my rock got me thru the bad times i would recomend homewise 1000000% they will be with you all the way
