I was sent the wrong boots over a week ago and despite sending 3 emails, I have received no reply. I understand that the staff may be busy due to the pandemic, however I just needed to know if I they still had my correct boots and how I go about returning the incorrect item. Email direction regarding this would have been a great help.

There was a period of approx two weeks prior to receiving the tracking details of my parcel

I emailed Horseland regrading not receiving a tracking number or confirmation of my item being posted. I have still not received a response to this email to date.

The product did arrive and the Australia post turn around time was reasonable (approx 3 days from notification of item on its way until arrived).

I understand the current climate is a challenging time for many businesses. In fact I only turned to horseland online as my local store have reduced their opening hours secondary to COVID-19. However I believe the turnaround time to receive the item was slow and horselands lack of communication is not acceptable.

I only got part of the order and Horseland is now ignoring my emails. I would give no stars if possible.

I ordered two helmets and I received a confirmation email on the 5/4/2020 and have not received my product yet , today is 22/04/2020

It took 3 weeks for me to receive my package, and I was told the items were in stock when i ordered them.

I didn't receive a confirmation email so i thought it had not gone through but they did arrive 5 days later and i am very pleased with my purchase.

Still waiting for the rugs to be delivered and it’s been over two weeks and other horse items I purchased from other resellers after that date have been delivered. Have received no update on the shipping even after calling.

My experience has been horrible I ordered my 2 rugs through Afterpay over 2 weeks ago I’ve made 2 payments and still haven’t received anything no rugs no explanation

Still waiting for my rug to be delivered 2 weeks later. Australia Post tracking said that it had not left the warehouse. Customer service staff thought that was unlikely, and lodged an investigation with Australia post and their warehouse one week ago, and I am still waiting for a response (despite being told it would be 48 hours). I spoke with customer service again today, and was told I would have to wait for the original person I spoke to to investigate and get back to me. No ETA on when that might be - incredibly unhelpful. I would have thought they would be doing their best to find the article I had paid for and not yet received. Really disappointing service. Still waiting, and will request a refund if this issue is not resolved within 24 hours :(

I cannot make a judgement as it is FIFTEEN days since I placed the order and as yet have not received the goods or an explanation for the lengthy delivery period.

I'd love to be able to comment but I have still not received my goods, nor have I received an email saying they have been shipped, zero communication despite contacting them on 2 seperate occasions.

I have brought from Horseland before, they were great then, I won't be purchasing from them in the future.

It took almost 2 weeks to get 2 x gift cards sent to a local Brisbane address. Never again they take your money in a flash and you pay almost $13.00 for delivery in an envelope just sent by normal post and it still too 2 weeks.

I loved the pants but when I measured my size it said I would fit size six but In reality they are a bit too short for my legs but I still like them a lot

After not receiving the rug 2 weeks later I called and was told the rug was unavailable in the size I ordered so was offered a store credit or refund.

Unfortunately Australia Post has let you down - I still haven’t received my purchase ordered 30/3/20 - now 2 weeks and it’s somewhere up north NSW!

This $99.00 saddle pad was squashed into the tiny box - it was folded up into four and squashed into this tiny box. Very disappointing, the last time I ordered a saddle pad it come flat like it should be . Last time I order from horseland I'm afraid. Show some customer service.
