Terrible, paid £123 for 2nd floor access and summit. The second floor was closed. Was told that we could go anytime between 2.15 and 4.15 arrived at 2.30 and the tour had already left. I overpaid for my tickets by £70. Will be leaving an o live complaint and advising people to avoid this scam

The tour in Abu Dhabi was well organised and Ali (our guide for the day) is very knowledgeable and courteous. I used Isango tours in the past in other countries and was always pleased with their people and this tour was no exception. Thank you and keep it up.

We saved about £18 with Isango booking the hop on hop off bus in Barcelona. Everything very straight forward. easy booking, tickets could be printed or shown on phone.

I booked in advance for this tour, but due to travel restrictions we had to depart the UK a day early and were this unable to use the tickets. Isango has strict no-refund policies that resulted in total loss of these expensive tickets. I won't use Isango again for anything. There is no reason to book in advance when the savings are so miniscule compared to paying at the venue.

I have been communicating with Jinson for over 10 days about a refund and the issue is still not resolved. I was told it was being submitted, but it does not appear anything has happened. Not great customer service.

I definitely recommend hop-on hop-off for a first time London visitor. Great way to experience the Landmarks, get oriented with the city layout and explore the different neighborhoods in a short amount of time. The audio tour was entertaining too!

Four days ago I bought online, via isangol, a combined bus and river cruise trip in Paris. The email confirmation(with voucher) never arrived. I called various contact numbers: they were all the same. I was left hanging on the line for several minutes, periodically (and ironically) being reassured how important my call was, until the session ended with an abrupt “Goodbye”. This happened again and again. I then tried the internet messaging help service. I did get a response from them but the call handler was unable to trace my booking. So that fizzled out too. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

The buses come every 30-40 min so if you miss one, it’s a wait. Once on, a great tour of Hollywood highlighting the major areas of interest while giving history and stories about icons. The Chinese theater is our fav with a 30 min tour inside well worth your time. We also toured the Peterson Car Museum (I had 3 teenage boys) and this was a wonderful!

We had wonderful time in Yatch , They made us feel like king , with Valet parking and service at teh yatch. Wholesum breakfast in the yatch ,made our day perfect begining of our holiday .
