I purchased two blinds and one of them had a fault, but this was quickly and professionally resolved. An excellent service all round.

I ordered 4 headrails and they arrived within 6 days. One was ordered for 114cm but the received item was 116cm. Emailed Just Blinds advising the problem and had a reply back within 10mins saying another headrail was being cut. Received within 2 days. Impressed! Thanks very much. Excellent quality for the price

Having waited 3weeks for my blinds due to the coronavirus they don’t fit they are too small which is not down to me I gave the correct measurements and they are not the correct colour what I ordered Very disappointing so now I have got to order some replacement blinds from elsewhere I will not be ordering from here again

Head Rail arrived scratched and damaged,no one could care a toss,received email from Just Blinds to say all there head rails were scratched from there supplier,wanted me to send head rail back at my expense,the head rail was over seven foot in length,a right joke.
Binned head rail that was the best place.Would not recommend this shower to anyone

Have recently bought blinds online - they fit perfectly thanks to your how to measure guide and look great! Have just tried to order some samples for the rest of the house - received a reply immediately to say they are on the way.

Ordered 3 roller blinds for bathrooms from just blinds online and was not disappointed. The colours were very accurate as per pictures online and the quality was great for the price. I would definitely recommend and use this company again in the future, thanks for the good service!

placed a order over 3 weeks ago, received 1 email saying thanks for payment, not received another for a delivery date or nothing, sent 3 emails all ignored, phoned up got told you don't know the day I have had blah blah then hung up, next person said stop talking over me when they are clearing trying to talk under me, then they hung up, tried phoning again and they answer they hang up instantly, would not recommend this company and have already raised a dispute with my bank, hopefully they can get me the money back this company seem to have stolen

Fantastic blinds at a great price, ordered 3 using the special offer for just under £90 and all came in a speedy timeframe and incredibly well packed (due to my windows 244cm width I was shocked at just how big the tube was :D).

All went up in minutes and i loved that I got 2 spare slats per blind, all fitted perfectly and they look great.

Highly recommended.

I would never purchase from this company again
My blinds were expected to take 10-14 days which is fine ofcourse
I have just received them after waiting a month
The only emails I received were to confirm my order, I was not kept up to date with any delays.
I called after 2 weeks asking where they were - they said there’s been a delay you wont get them for another week.
But they will 100% be with you next Friday, I thought right ok a bit annoying but nothing I can do about it now.
The most irritating thing is there was an issue with THEIR supplier but they didn’t communicate that with me - the customer.

The following Friday they didn’t arrive - shock! So I called up again, they said that they weren’t going to be dispatched until the following week around mid week.
Once again I wasn’t kept up to date with this delay and I had to call up on the day they were due to arrive to be told nope they won’t be with you anytime soon pretty much.
It ended up that I constantly had to chase it up, i was not kept up to date with any delays or any issues.
When I spoke to the staff their attitude was it’s our supplier it’s not our fault - to which I expressed that I didn’t pay the supplier I paid just blinds for their services!!! So it’s their job to communicate with their customer.
When they were FINALLY dispatched I wasn’t sent a dispatch email (which is a normal thing to do when a parcel/item is sent)
I had to call up AGAIN to ensure that they were actually sent.
They couldn’t confirm an arrival date as it was the supplier sending them out.
They didn’t seem to understand the fact that I needed to be home for the delivery and I work full time!!
The attitude of all of the staff was disgusting, myself and my partner had a lot of attitude from the staff.
Their attitude was awful, their customer service was absolutely dreadful and I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Nothing but grief and unneeded stress!

And as a disclaimer
I was not once told the delay was due to the pandemic
They only response I was given multiple times was ‘they have a lot of issues with this supplier’ and they didn’t have a reason for the delay and that the supplier had only told them they wouldn’t be ready for another week.

If I had been told there was an issue with parts etc due to the pandemic it would have been different however I was never told that.
I was never given any explanation other than ‘their considering reviewing their contract with this supplier as they do have a lot of issues with them, so that leads me to believe it wasn’t related to the pandemic as this seems to be an ongoing issue with that specific supplier.

And again, no one told me it was related or explained anything to me.
I was given very brief and vague answers when I questioned the delays.

It’s was bout 2 weeks ago when I had my blinds fitted my blinds look great from the inside and the out side I think the fitter was called baz wooow what a great person had a laugh and did one hell of a outstanding job a big thank you to baz and the company I wish u all the best for Xmas and new yr

Shocking service....Placed an order for 4 blinds...only 2 turned up with no explanation, then had to wait ages for someone to look into this , turns out factory didn't make the order correctly, fair enough , the was told the rest of the items would be sent out by express delivery - last weds , still haven't turned up today (tuesday) so i called at around 10am today and was told these were accidently sent to their factory/depot in manchester and these would be resent out by express delivery over the next few days, now 2 hours later the order has now turned up at our house (in london) and part of the order is still missing!! Cant get through to customer services either ..seems like on one know what the hells going on and this has cost us money as we had paid for someone to come and install these at the house the first time round and they couldnt complete the job as only half the order turned up, and again more issues today

Ordered a woodern blind, took 4 working weeks to arrive after I had to chase them, did NOT get a notification of delivery as they indicate,did NOT get any acknowledgement from my emails either.
On the phone,when they did answer, were helpful,but that's after I had phoned another twice. The blind however is what we wanted pity the hassle waiting after there quoted delivery times to chase them up to see when is was been delivered.
Found out it had be outsourced to another company to build & deliver, this tells me there is NO communication between them.
