The first time I ordered there was an address problem with my credit card. George from servercase.com worked with my card company to fix the problem, appologized for the delay and gave me 2 free case fans. It was not his problem, it was the credit cards screw up! My new case and PSU arrived promptly and was perfect.
I just placed a large order online and 7 minutes later George called me. He had noticed I had 5 cases and only 4 PSUs and wanted to confirm that I had not missed one. He also told me that one of the cases I ordered was listed as out of stock, which I had noticed. George told me he had some just like it, except they had the USB ports in the front, same price. He then appologized for not being able to ship my order that day, but promised to have it out tomorrow.
I still can not believe the 7 minutes.

I ordered a 4U and a 1U case, both with power supplies. James called me soon after to confirm the details of my order. I also exchanged several emails with him prior to my order.

Even better, I specified UPS ground shipping - but the next day, I got a call from DHL saying they attempted delivery - sure enough, it was from KRI; the 1U case had arrived already. The next day, I get another call at work - it was the 4u case. I wasn't expecting my cases for at least a week!

The service was the best I have ever received anywhere. Many retailers will ship you your product on time and in great shape at a fair price, but few go as far out of their way to satisfy as KRI.

And the cases are great! I will be ordering again really soon. I just wish they carried stuff like hard drives. :)

Within 15 minutes of placing my order; I received a call from George, confirming my order and requesting configuration information. The order was shipped out that day.
I received my order in 3 days, packaged well enough to withstand the abuse UPS ground can dish out.
The rack mount case I received is build extremely solid and absolutely no gaps (as you will find in cheap cases).
I was impressed with them; I will purchase from kricomputers again.

I purchased an e-box II from them. Had Freetech's P8F161 MB included. They had the lowest price out of everyone I looked at. The shipment was delivered a lot faster than I expected. The EIDE cables included were talored to fit the dimensions of the case, then sliced and bound so to reduce size/air-flow impedence. Very professional. Extra screws included, front USB already connected ... a lot of small things like that that gave me an overall impression of quality work. Made with some real TenderLovingCare(TM). I'll be doing business with them in the future, I'm sure.

I placed my order for a Chenbro rackmount case and the next day George @ KRI called me to tell me that it was not in stock. I was disappointed, but I said that I would wait. Indeed, a few days later he called again to tell me that the case was now in stock. I verified the order details and the case was shipped exactly as he promised. I am very satisfied with the purchase. Price was good, shipping reasonable and the communication excellent.

Excellent company to work with. Found KRI on the web under www.servercase.com and did a test order initially, it arrived promptly in 3 days. It did not come with the 2U 3-PCI riser card as mentioned so I called the sales rep and one was immediately sent out and arrived 2-days later, more than satisfied.

I then realized this riser card would not work since it expected 3 PCI slots on the MB and I only had one. KRI worked with me and sent out a smart riser card and again, 2-days later, it arrived.

I then placed a much larger order for (14) 2U systems and (3) KVM switches. Not sure when they shipped it but it was either the day they got the PO from my company or within a couple of days. Either way, it arrived allot sooner than I expected and so far everything is great.

I have another (17) 2U and 3U rackmounts coming in from different PO's over the next week or so and I think I will have the same excellent service as before.

Another note: My initial big order of (14) 2U's I figured would cost me at least $20 per system via shipping. Instead they arranged it to be shipped on truck for $80. Granted, they are located in the LA California area and my company is in Silicon Valley so it's only 400 miles away. But... Shipping boxes of this size and weight like this via UPS would normally be at least $20 each so they ended up saving my company another $200 on top of their already low cost.

Synopsis: Great company to work with. VERY attentive to the customer, if something is questionable they will call you. They respond to e-mails (may take 24 hours, that is fine with me) and return phone calls. The price is some of the BEST prices I have ever seen on excellent quality 1U/2U/3U/4U rackmounts and supporting equipment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

After checking this vendor out on this site, I decided to go with it for my first 1U server case purchase... boy was I glad I did. Hours after I placed my order, George Lai from KRI (servercase.com) called to verify that I was purchasing my own power supply (since the case didn't ship with one) and to check that my motherboard would fit. After I told him that I was using a Tyan 200T and would need to ship my server after it was build, he immediately recommended a case that was $35 cheaper(!) because he could ship it with a custom Tyan I/O in back and because it came in a sturdier box, better suited for re-use when shipping a fully built server. He amended the order after our phone call, and it shipped the same day and arrived promptly. When I had a minor problem assembling the computer, I sent an e-mail to George with my question, and he phoned within 40 minutes and answered my question correctly (turned out to be my ignorance and not any problem with their product). I would *highly* recommend purchasing from KRI; as others have stated here, they are extremely honest, knowledgeable and responsive.

We have found that this business does not have SSL (secure sockets layer), which means that you should think twice before trusting this business with your data, such as personal information or credit card details, because your information will not be digitally connected to a cryptographic key and secure connection cannot be established. We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field.
