Unless you are willing to chase for delivery you could be left waiting a long while. Also had to chase about returning due to all 3 glass shades being chipped... sent pictures and followed up time after time after time... nothing.. didn’t return calls or answer emails. Credit card company couldn’t help due to individual prices being less than the minimum... so unless your good are perfect when they arrive stay well clear.

This company sells lights that they don't have in stock and take your payment but keep you waiting with no delivery time scales at all. They also dont refund when lights are delivered damaged. I have had to open a paypal dispute to try and claim my money back for a damaged light after purchasing 5 lights from them. Customer service is shocking. They have now had my return since the 16th and have still not refunded me the £114 and havent responded to paypal. Avoid buying from this company

Purchased 3 light fittings which are just beautiful, mainly crystal. Packaged really well as was a little worried where I'd read how others had received breakages although customer service spot on and prompt. My goods arrived intact and can't wait to see them up and lit.

Slight delay in delivery as it took over three weeks to arrive rather than the 5-10 days quoted however got a very quick response as soon as I contacted company and then my lamp arrived in two days. It's a brilliant product and I'm really pleased with it would definitely use the company again.

Ordered two wall lights and a lamp, lamp arrived one week later (great) a few days later I was thinking where are my wall lights so I emailed you and you emailed back the next day(great), to say they are out of stock Estimated delivery 4 weeks.
The lamp was very well packed with no damage.
Looking forward to receiving the wall lights.

Waited 8 days for a console table as it was wrongly addressed. The company are super quick to reply to e mails which is good but after the 1st mail chasing the product maybe the address could have been checked with their couriers. The product looks great, but it does have wonky legs. It was fairly cheap so I can live with it. If it had been more expensive I would have sent it back. There are many company's selling this product, but they are at least £30-£65 more expensive, so Lights 2 Go are very good on price, hence the 4 stars

Lamp we ordered was absolutely beautiful and was delivered within 3 days of placing the order. I would highly recommend Lights2Go.

Ordered 24th May two porch lights and 3 bulbs. Did get a message stating the bulbs would possibly be sent separately, no problem I thought. Anyway light fittings arrived, no bulbs though. Waited & waited after a week I contacted Light2go who apologised and said I should get within next couple of days. Cutting a long story short the bulbs had not been dispatched when originally ordered, they were only dispatched when I raised the query asking where they were! Still waiting for them to come, should have arrived yesterday, now supposed to be coming today?? Delivery service not great. Lights themselves very nice but would like to see them lit-up. Prices reasonable.

Rubbish service, goods not delivered, no response to queries, and when goods arrives 25 days+ late were all broken. Customer service is the worst ever!
