Really solid customer service, and a nice product. Easy to use. We are still getting 'false positives' about our unit being disconnected and then reconnected (tamper alert). This has happened a handful of times in the two weeks that we've had the unit, and I've been the one driving the car on more than one occasion where this tamper alert has been activated. Nevertheless, the car's positioning seems to be being tracked flawlessly.

Easy to understand pricing and packaging. Wish the shipping was a little less expensive . Plus I like this statement from your company " Your email is safe. It will only be used for order confirmation and customer care"

The website is easy to navigate. The customer support is wonderful and very informative! We had a truck stolen last month and we have employees using our service trucks without approval so these are the reasons we decided to get some GPS trackers. I am thrilled about the cheap monthly cost per device and the price of the devices are budget friendly as well. I cannot wait to get these installed and be amazed by their performance! Thanks Linxup!

I have tried to contact Linxup regarding lag time in the actual movement and non-movement when the vehicle has moved over an hour prior. This has happened mostly in an older vehicle. I would like to connect with the Linxup office to check if there are any adjustments on there side to make the reporting more accurate. I am satisfied with the plug and go ease of installation and start up as well as the down load of the App on my phone.

Great help from Chris Poole. Very informative and very quick to respond. I have a hearing disability that made all communication by email only and he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. I only need this device short time but will definitely come back again if I need to use it again.

I've used Linxup for a while on my other trucks and needed to add another unit. I like the way these units report information and would highly recommend them. As a matter of fact I have told several people about them and they are just as pleased as I am.

My shopping experience at Linxup.com was great. I even submitted some questions to them prior to placing my order. They called me personally to answer my questions and make sure I was satisfied ... Perfect!

The hardware is simple to install, and the software a delight to use. I've used many different GPS tracking programs and this one is simple, straight-forward and easy to navigate. Occasionally I do need to log out and back in as it stops updating correctly, but that's usually after 7 or 8 hours of continuously having it up and running. The phone app is simple to use as well. The people I've chatted with on the phone for help have always been courteous and polite, and have always gone out of there way to find special promotions when I've needed to order new devices. The only thing I dislike is the shipping charges on ordering additional devices when they've broken - but it's still understandable.

Going into the transportation business pretty much blind I found there were things I greatly needed. Vehicle tracking was one of them. I found LINXUP while trolling through other sites and have never looked back. Thank you LINXUP

You nailed it! Upfront easy to find pricing, concise descriptions plus quick and simple online ordering without having to wait for an annoying phone call from a salesman, setting an appointment or enduring an awkward/time consuming, high pressured demonstration. Other online vendors typically miss the boat! Good Job!

Love that there's a free tracker with a contract. We've used Linxup for a couple of years now, and have been very happy! Looking forward to using y'all for many years to come with our growing fleet.

I bought the ELD, module, and 1 year service agreement paid in full via credit card up front. They took 3 days to get the full year of service agreement without auto pay approved. Paid again up front for the 2nd year of service via credit card. Had a personal injury accident a couple months before my paid in full service year was over and sold my truck leaving me with no need for any more ELD service. A month after my paid in full service year ended I got charged on my credit card for service from linxup I didn't order or ever agree to. In fact I made it a point to pay for a full year of service up front to advoid a monthly charge but what did those Sneeky Crooks at linxup do. They charged my credit card without my permission or my knowledge of the charge till I saw it on my credit card statement. They claim that I agreed to auto pay in their terms and conditions but I didn't ever receive any terms and conditions and I don't ever do auto pay with anyone. I signed NOTHING since I did the transaction over the phone and the only paper I received was my paid in full receipt via email, No terms and conditions attached. They are deceitful Sneeky Crooks.. And they refuse to refund their bogus charge on my credit card. Beware of linxup Crooks.

I've been attempting to remove a few devices from my account for at least 4 weeks. After several phone calls, chats, and emails No progress has been made. I've been put on hold for unreasonable amounts of time and been told repeatedly someone will be calling me as soon as they are available. The product is okay, not great or the most user friendly but it gets the job done. If you ever need to scale back your service expect a battle.

I wanted to utilize the "Free" device option that was advertised as being available through today. However, there was no way to sign up for that service, or for any other option at all. Your website merely shunted me to the month-to-month option. While I know that the failure to discover the correct procedure to use was mine, I think you intended to make this easily available to customers. For me, however, it was not clear at all.

There is no ability to change the shipping address. The shipping address is WRONG and I have TRIED to contact customer service to fix this. They fixed the billing address and inexplicably did not update shipping address. The shipping address for this order is WRONG. Why does you website not allow shipping address to change? Terrible website interface.

Your Chat folks were quite helpful however, I am not happy with the fact that you would not refund the $22.99 fee EVEN if this device does not fit my car due to no fault of my own. Verizon gave me this information for free. My husband convinced me to try this anyway.

We have been clients for several years. We have a small fleet of vehicles. Their customer service and technical support has completely tanked over the years. We currently are unable to track any of our vehicles with Apple iPhones (for 2 months now) and they said that this is something they hope to resolve, but have been working on for months with no resolution. Every time they update their app it becomes less reliable and currently does not function with an iPhone. The addresses are incorrect when the system does track. The times are not accurate, the length of stops is not logged accurately, and it is impossible to track vehicles. When you email they do not respond. I have sent approximately 15 emails with no reply. Their phone staff seems woefully under trained and some are completely ignorant of the fact they even have technical issues. We are currently trying to be released from our contract. In addition if one of the units fails they make you mail it back, wait for them to fix it or decide you should get a new one and then they will mail you a new one. So you are expected to continue to pay for the service, but not have a tracking device for the weeks it takes for this process. Absolutely ridiculous. Linxup has made us many promises such as assigning a specific person to address our issues and that they would make sure we were well taken care of. I heard from this gentleman in August and have not heard from him again. They drop the ball over and over again. Do yourself a favor and do not sign up for this service.

So far everything has worked like a charm, the tracker also goes back for quite awhile in the route history which is very useful when you are not notified about needing the information until a week or so later.

installation instructions indicate this unit can be installed outside like on a trailer which is why I bought it. but warranty lists exclusion if unit gets wet. No where does the information from your customer service on the phone or on your website outline the length of commitment but will spank you on "early termination" NOT GOOD
