Ordered an item from LuggageOnline 12/14/11 for Christmas. Plenty of time right? Not for LuggageOnline. On 12/21/11 I noticed on UPS tracking data that item was scheduled to be delivered 12/26-12/29/11. I called LuggageOnline. The LuggageOnline agent cancelled the order and placed a new one with 3 day shipping (which was being offered to all online). His call not mine. On 12/22/11 I noticed on UPS tracking that the package would be delivered 12/26-12/28/11--AFTER CHRISTMAS. They have a tab where you can print a "gift voucher" telling someone that you ordered something from these dopes, but it didn't arrive. How nice of them! I happened to notice that the original shipment--which I could still track on UPS--had actually arrived in my town on 12/21/11 at exactly the time I was talking to the first agent. I called LuggageOnline customer service again. They informed me the item was now on back order. As for the original shipment. It was rerouted and could not be rerouted again back to me.

So, what I got for my call to customer service was LuggageOnline taking steps that stopped me from getting what I ordered on time and doing something that insures I will not get the item on time. Also, at no point did I ever receive an email informing me my order would be late.

They have good prices. But there is a reason for that. THEIR SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. Pay an extra couple of dollars and buy elsewhere.

I ordered a piece of luggage 4/5/2005. I was promptly charged for the luggage. It is now 4/22 and no luggage.
I called and was told it was delivered to luggageonline. I also was told it was to be delivered tomorrow and then she said it was to be delivered today. We shall see. This is the WORSE service ever and very iffy customer service. I will not be using them again!

I ordered 1 Jansport backpack and 1 travel-outlet kit. They ship the products promptly. The price was cheaper than amazon. When I send email to the Luggage Online, they respond me very promptly. I was kind of worried at first because I usually do not buy from anywhere except amazon or buy.com. However, I did not have any problem with Luggage Online. I recommend this seller.

Sell items on sale, then come back and sale sorry the sale is over, we can only give you 10% off ( after you have paid the sale price)

We you correct them saying you did buy it within the sale, they change there mind and say we don't ship to your address

Luggage online sent me a 10% off coupon for my first order as a new customer. I ordered a $300 item from them. They charged me the full $300, which I viewed as an honest mistake. But when I called them on it after having taken delivery, they refused to give me my 10% off, telling me that the coupon did not apply to the item. At worst this is a ripoff, and at best it shows an extremely bad attitude toward customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future, and I suggest you do the same.

Ordered a set of luggage and 1 additional piece for a Christmas present from them 11/28/12. On 11/30/12 I called them and when they researched told me the color was not available, so picked another color. Called again on 12/5/12, they told me it would need to be shipped from the actual factory and they would call me and tell me when it would ship. They charged my credit card on 12/06/12, I called again on 12/7/12 for shipping information, they didn't have any, said they would call me with the info. Never received that call, ordered from another company on 12/10/12 received on 12/14/11, called on 12/10/12 and cancelled order, still not credited back will be calling again about credit. Would never recommend them to anyone.

Ordered a Briggs duffle bag about 2 1/2 years ago. The deal was too good to be true. Indeed it was a lie. They took the order, charged my credit card and, after two weeks of non-delivery, they said that they wouldn't ship because the manufacturer had raised the price. Only after threatening to charge-back through my credit card company did the agree to a refund. This is abuse.

Two-and-a-half years later they're still spamming me with their nasty lying emails. They do this in spite of multiple 'unsubscribe' requests. These people are the worst.

I ordered 2 pieces of luggage for a trip to FL. Ordered on Sunday, received 2 days later on Tues. Price was, after free shipping and a 15% discount, $230 (total) for 2 26" TravelPro Walkabout pieces. I was very impressed. They also have reviews on all the luggage which makes items selection easier. I would wholeheartedly recommend this seller to everyone. I told all my friends. Good luck.

I ordered a bag from them once and will never do it again. Though the bag is fine (should be since it drop shipped from the manufacturer), the customer service is horrible.

Their online system never updated once I placed the order and I was never provided with tracking details. I had to call them multiple times to get an order status at which time they finally fulfilled my order. What should have been a 3 day process lasted more than a week.

Bottom line is, give your business to someone else who has superior customer service--these guys don't care about their customers.
