Once ordered, I received confirmation of the order and the item arrived in a few days, mush quicker than expected. I hadn't even bothered to use the tracking info at that time as I had expected delays due to the Civid-19 pandemic.

Although the Covid 19 virus put my order back a week , I was kept informed all the way. That shows a company with customers at heart. And the product itself is very good.

Rang up to check on my order and was told it would be another 6 weeks to.get the stock,was told.to.cancel the order by email and reorder something very similar.Had email.straight back for cancellation and refunded straight away,new order received within 2 days .

Order 1200 x 300 led panel light from Lyco came next day so excellent service and light of good quality and gives of good light distribution just what was required

I ordered the wrong bulbs and contacted the sales team as directed and was assured of a reply in about three days on how to return them and I asked bulbs with a thinner screw in end.So far no reply - hence rating.

Having opted for free delivery I expected goods in 3 - 5 days but they arrived next day likely due to low activity in coronavirus lock-down . Product now installed and working OK . 2 yr product guarantee is a comfort with it being made in China but your returns T & C s expecting me to retain all packaging is unrealistic as I have recycled it . Do you seriously expect me to retain packaging for the entire guarantee period ? Good service ; will shop again when needed .

The easyfit three way connector will not fit the existing transformer i have that works the lights i wanted it to connect a water feature and the 2 pins won’t fit do you sell a smaller size .

Delivery terrible , had to chase the courier APC for 5 consecutive day’s, this was stressful. Other than that product fine.

Lyco operates across a number of websites and although they happen to say in stock when you buy them it turns out you have to wait for the lights to come from holland which takes weeks

I ordered 4 different LED batten lights but unfortunately one was not in stock. The first 3 off were delivered inside 2 days to my home. The outstanding item arrived a couple of days later. Good comms was maintained at all times so I always knew what was happening. The quality of the product is excellent. Very pleased !

I ordered 4 x garden wall lights from Lyco and delivery was no problem at all. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong type of lights by mistake. I immediately rang Lyco who told me "no problem at all" and to just return by the link on the email from their returns department, which I did. The parcel was picked up from me on the 20th April, however it has taken only till yesterday (19th May) for them to return me my money. (over £500) I did call them a couple of times and email them to chase my refund, to which they reminded me that refunds can take up to 14 days.......? fair enough in 'these times', BUT I think it is/was a bit cheeky, bearing in mind and compared to other items delivered to me and returned by courier all within a few days!!!!!

Everything was excellent; prompt delivery, well packaged, complete order

Unfortunately one of the 3 cooker lamps arrived with damaged packing (box) and the filament in the bulb was broken.
This was a result of damage to the box prior to it being packaged and despatched.
The delivery box box package was in perfect condition.

At first was a bit disappointed with the courier who failed to deliver my item, however after calling and the situation explained I am fine. Great service and great item 5++++

Everything that Lyco did was very good and worthy of a five star rating but I only gave 4 stars because they used a carrier who transported their goods in a poor way and therefore wiped out all the benefits of the Lyco quality of service. The goods arrived badly damaged and I have been awarded a full refund. I could not re-order because the goods I then wanted were showing online as out of stock.
But I have had other goods delivered this week by this delivery company from a totally different company to your own and they too were damaged.
So excellent service from Lyco but spoiled by the delivery company's mis handling of fragile parcels.
