The crew that was sent to clean my house on September 15, 2020 was terrible! I call Dia and told her and the 3 came back in but they really didn’t do anything. While I was checking they just up and left. My stove was not clean, cooktop dirty, mirrors were not done, hardwood floors very dull, dust all on the dresser/headboard/footboard, and this is just a few of the things. Call back to Dia and no answer! Left messages then called the main office they tried to get in touch but got no answer. I finally talk to a lady and after 10 mins she talked to a supervisor who said she would call me in a few minutes. Well I have yet to hear from anyone! A real estate agent referred the company and if I could I would give this company a -10!! I have picture of most of the undone work.

Twice in 4 days they came to my home, and it still looked like nothing had been done. The owners came out after the first clean, snd agreed it was poorly done. They sent a second crew 3 days later, and skipped 2 rooms entirely. They were apologetic, but had no problem charging me. Do nothirethem, unless you are okay with doing it all again yourself.

Lili and Herlinda (team #17) do such a wonderful job on my house. They are such hard workers and do such excellent work. They have made my life so much easier by taking the household cleaning duties off my “to do” list!!

Shelly and Eva (team 13) are here again this morning (Lake Mary). I look forward to their visits every two weeks as they are the only visitors we’ve allowed in the house for almost a year. They both take care of us and our home like family. We’re extremely happy with their attention to details that even I would have missed. We had a horrible experience with new floor being installed in the kitchen with powdered concrete invading every corner and crevice in three rooms. Thankfully we were able to have the ladies for two full days and what a great job they did! Everyone needs Molly Maids. ☺️

I've been using the services of Molly Maid for about two and a half years and it has been fantastic. Knowing you have two wonderful ladies to keep your please clean and tidy has been such a big help. They are always friendly and cheerful and I am very happy with the service and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Just had Chelsey and Lindsay out for initial cleaning. My housemate and I are so pleased with how friendly and efficiently these ladies work. Recently we decided to have a home cleaning service. As always I got 3 estimates,. I chose Molly Maids because the young lady who came to give the estimate understood our needs and budget, very professional and a delight to talk with. Our first cleaning was July 12th and I absolutely LOVED the experience. The team they sent had an unbelievable work ethic. Worked tirelessly the whole time. When they were finished our home sparkled like a diamond. I was SO impressed I called to request these ladies would be our permanent team. I HIGHLY recommend Molly Maids to anyone who wants their home cleaned to perfection. We had our second cleaning July 26th with whom I am SO happy to report I did get the original team as my permanent team and again PERFECTION! Do not hesitate if you are in need of a great company and personnel..

I used MollyMaid once, about 10 years ago. They cleaned my house and the job was ok. I didn't use them again, so it wasn't great. They didn't do a great job, just ok, and I remember the kitchen floor was actually sticky AFTER they left. I just figured that the people that came to do my house used the wrong products, so when I used cleaners in the future, I supplied my own. I usually clean myself, so I have no need to really use a cleaning service. Fast forward 11 years to about 2 days ago. I have a rental house and the tenants are leaving, and I need it cleaned ASAP because new people are moving in immediately. I needed to get an estimate for getting the place cleaned, so I signed up on the internet for a price. The apartment is empty, and only needs the bathroom cleaned and the floor in kitchen, everything else is carpet. I got a call back from a nice woman and when I asked if they worked on Saturday, she said no. I said oh, ok thanks anyway. About 1/2 hour later, I received ANOTHER call from MollyMaid. They started to talk and ask questions. I asked them again, "do you work on Saturday?" they said no. I said ok, I need someone for THIS Saturday so I don't think it will work out. Please remove my number from your database". I thought it was done. Now, 20 minutes later, I get ANOTHER CALL and the ID says MOLLYMAID. I did not answer. About an hour after THAT, I get ANOTHER CALL! What the F is wrong with these people?!?! As I drove to work today, at 8am, my cell rang and it was MOLLYMAID! No, they DON'T work on Saturday, but don't CARE! They still continue to harass me! Guess what? I have now blocked your number and will NEVER CALL YOU AGAIN! Take a hint... if you DO NOT work on the day that I need you, I can't USE YOU! Talk about pushy!

I work with lots of properties and have always had good service from the cleaning companies utilized. The only company where I have ever had extremely poor quality work is Molly Maid Newport Beach. The two crew members went to the wrong house and then when they finally showed up, they sat around and didn't do much work and then told me they needed extra time (more money) to clean the house. I had the same house completely cleaned by 1 person just a few months previous and the house was spotless when the work was done. I had to have more cleaning done once Molly Maids left before the family moved in to the house the next day. They have a policy of no refunds. I can't recommend them.

Good for the last two years, but something has changed. Two months ago there was a mixup with the cleaning appointment. The cleaners came at the wrong time, several hours early. They could not be let in at that time. They left, not to return that day. The following day, unannounced, one cleaner returned to clean. Unfortunately, the house was totally unavailable. The cleaner left. Since then we have called the local manager, usually a professional and reliable person, to discuss the issue. After three attempts over the last several weeks to reach the manager we have had no call back to our left messages. We have no idea if there is a business problem or if for some obscure reason they no longer want us as customers. Either way, we are currently seeking another cleaning service. Failing to hear from them in the next two weeks, they will have permanently lost us as their customer.

The Molly Maid Team 55 is fast, friendly, and very good. The house always looks great when they finish.
