I was a bit worried as my parcel to collect was in France and other couriers had failed to find it. Really pleased UPS arranged by parcels please picked it up the next day and it got to me in UK 2 or 3 days later.

My parcel was collected from home on the Monday at 4.15pm. I was able to track it all the way to its destination. It was delivered to my daughter in Perth, Australia at 12.20pm perth time, 4.20am UK time on the Wednesday. Fantastic service. Will definitely use again and will recommend to family and friends.

Ich nutze den Service nun seit 3 Jahren und bin sehr zufrieden. Pakete werden abgeholt und an der Haustür beim Empfänger wieder abgegeben.
Der einzige Nachteil : die Zeitangabe. Vielleicht könnte man die Abholzeit etwas mehr eingrenzen.

I have used parcels Please for 5 years now and they are consistently reliable with great customer service. Heads above the competitors, I've had nightmare experiences with places like parcels2go and yes parcelsplease might be a few quid more but saves horrors like other places losing your parcel for two months!!!

The collection of the parcel was within the time stated; the driver was smartly dressed and polite, I live in France and he spoke to me in English. My parcel was delivered within two days and the tracking service was up dated promptly. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend parcels please as a reliable courier. I will continue to use parcels please for my deliveries.

I did not like the fact that the address I wrote as final destination and the delivery facility were two hours drive apart I don’t expect someone to drive two hours to pick up a parcel. When I realized that the final address was switched automatically I had a look to see where it was I was very disappointed so I had to cancel the delivery. The fact that I was charged a fee for canceling I did not appreciate because the switch of final destination was done by Parcels and not me why not let me know the change before finalizing it I would have done as I have chosen an other option. Very disappointed

Living in France isn’t always reliable for posting parcels, especially at Christmas.
ParcelPlease website was straight forward to follow, booked our two parcels in and before you know it a very pleasant young gentleman turned up at our house to collect the parcels.
All parcels arrived in the UK very quickly.
Will use again so thank you Parcels Please for an fast and efficient service!

I am a returning customer as I have had a good experience everytime I have used ParcelsPlease to send parcels to France. The last time was early December this year and was absolutely amazing : the parcel was picked up from the North London area on a Tuesday lunchtime, and arrived in the south of France on Thursday early afternoon !!

one of my parcels went to germany by mistake then was delivered to an empty flat without signature, the second one was also late and not at the collection point we arranged until a few days later very poor service not at all impressed would look elsewhere for delivery service
