This is the third car we have bought from Pulman Skoda in the last 4 years. They are always so helpful and offer advice and answer questions pertinently. The staff who sold us the cars are knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted and didn't just try to sell us any car. The service girls are great too, especially Emma Bainbridge who always goes the extra mile to ensure that timings etc. suit the customer. Replies to enquiries are always prompt and you are made you feel welcome when you visit.

I was dealt with by a very pleasant salesman who was not pushy but was straightforward, plain speaking and didn't indulge in charade of 'doing a deal' as has been my experience when buying previous cars. He told me what my old car was worth and how much my new car would be - a normal buying and selling situation. When the time comes, I will certainly come back to your garage. Many thanks.

Generally a good experience, but as I have previously rated them as 5 stars, they have since failed to acknowledge an issue I had with rust on the vehicle upon purchase.
Im sure I will get some lame excuse that they did not receive my comments...lets see!
