Red Rose Desire

I had a breast reaugmentation with uplift by Dr Prashad in September 2019 at Newton Le Willows hospital. They didnt contact me to book in for a followup with the surgeon until a year later saying it had been missed. I told them I was unhappy with my results as the surgeon had used smaller implants than I had previously even though I had asked for bigger and I still have loose skin. They never contacted me again. Now only 3 years later I'm looking into having surgery again with another company to rectify the problems. Overall very disappointed.

18 months down the line after finishing in A+E finally he intervened . I had 3 weeks of drainage to relieve the excruciating pain I had endured up until then as pressure had built up more and more
Its near on 2 years now .Still having problems .
Not even tried to go back as I m done with feeling humiliated and uncomfortable.
Been to an esteemed surgeon for a 2nd opinion . Horrified by what I have been told .Collapsed abdomen wall .So called muscle repairs ..dont even want to think about it ...apparently split down the middle. Liposuction either not done or done incorrectly ...and much much more .
Will need now to live like this as further expensive remedial work is not an option .

I recently under went a breast uplift with implants procedure due to nearly a 5 stone weight loss. I’m currently 12 days post op and could not be happier. From my consultation to a week after surgery, RRD have been nothing less than the best! Never once did they pressure me after the initial consultation. They are so accomadating to your needs/desires. They listen & advise, not just tell you what you should do like some other companies. I mean they even sent me flowers after surgery! How thoughtful! Dr Passad has done an amazing job! I’ve wanted natural looking boobs since I was 16! Now at 23 (nearly 24) I have them! I love them! Couldn’t recommend RRD enough!!

Red rose desire were brilliant, I had been to other consultations previously and left with doubts, however from the first phone call with Georgina I felt completely at ease. I’m now 2 weeks post op and my boobs already look amazing. I feel so much more confident in myself. After wanting a nose job since I was about 12 years old, I finally was in the financial position and felt certain in my decision to go ahead with surgery. After extensive research, I recently had a Rhinoplasty with Red Rose Desire. I found them to be really helpful and not pushy at all- especially Georgina patient coordinator. My surgeon mr El- Gawad was absolutely amazing, the results are beyond what I was expecting and his bedside manner was lovely. He did not push surgery and I really felt that I was an individual with him and not just a another patient on a conveyor belt which I had felt like in some of the bigger companies that I had gone to for consultations prior to red rose. The nursing / theatre staff at Aset hospital, Whiston, where I had my procedure were all lovely and so kind. Since my surgery (nearly 3 weeks ago) mr El-Gawad has contacted me every few days to check everything is ok. Nurse lynn was great at checking up on me post op, removing the packing at day 1 and split at day 7 and calling me to check if I needed anything- she was only ever a phone call away. My only tiny gripe was that I had to travel to Preston for the packing out on day 1 which is a good 1.5 hour drive from where I live, this didn’t bother me at day 7 as I was feeling better then, but at day 1 was a little hard going that far in the car. However, I understand that as they cover clinics across the north west, this is unavoidable as it depends where the nurse is on that particular day. If anyone is considering Rhinoplasty I recommended red rose desire and Mr El- Gawad without hesitation. They are kind, consider your case on an individual basis and don’t push you into something you’re unsure of. Mr El-Gawad delivers natural results & I feel like he’s given me the nose I’ve always wanted. Thank you so much!

I have researched breast enlargement surgery and had wanted the procedure doing for many many years, what really attracted me to red rose desire as opposed to other companies was the personal touch they offered throughout the experience. From my first call with Georgina, to the consultations with Dr Sharif and Georgina, along with regular phone check ins with Chelsea, I felt informed, well looked after and genuinely valued by everyone throughout. Although I am a nurse myself I was nervous going into theatre, the anaesthetist and the nurses there were amazing and really put my mind at rest and held my hand as I was put to sleep. The aftercare is fantastic and Lynne the nurse and all the other girls check in regularly to make sure I was ok, I also received flowers which again was a lovely personal touch and shows they are thinking of you. I am so happy I chose red rose desire to have breast enlargement surgery and I am thrilled with the results, I’ve gone from an A cup to DD and I would like to thank Dr Sharif, Georgina, Chelsea and all the team for making it such an amazing experience from start to finish.

I had my original surgery with Red Rose and couldn’t fault them. When I had to have a re-augmentation due to capsular contracture I didn’t hesitate to go back to them and they did everything they could to help. I had my BA on 31/10, from the start it has been unreal. I had my first consultation with Mr Krishnan and i decided on sizes etc, but a couple of weeks later I wasn't so sure and rang Georgina, Georgina made sure I had another consultation to be 10000% sure on the size I wanted. I was happy with the sizes and Mr Krishnan always made me feel comfortable and never pushed me on sizes, but advised what would suit and be best. I live two hours away from Pall Mall so they were always trying to accommodate me and save me travelling unless required which I appreciated, I had my 1 week wound check at my doctors to save me driving, and they said the cuts were some of the neatest they had ever seen and were healing so well... My surgery was originally scheduled for 1st November in ASET in Liverpool, I had a call from Red Rose asking if I minded moving it to the day before in Pall Mall, I had no issues with this, and meant I got it a day earlier anyway! Pall Mall was clean and everything you would expect (I had never had private care before, it was incredible) I had my own room with a shower/TV etc, my partner stayed in the room with me the whole time which after speaking to other people who have had surgery elsewhere, this wasn't possible, this was massively appreciated as I was already nervous about the whole thing. My admission time was 4pm, by 5pm I had been seen, drawn on, final details done, and going down to theatre! The man who puts you to sleep (i can never spell it) was lovely, really put me at ease as it was my first ever GA, and the nurses were so kind to me and never once made me feel silly for being scared. I had the two loveliest nurses looking after me after I had come around, making me toast (which I couldn't eat!) and even jelly and yogurt, so please say thank you to them they made me feel very much at ease and comfortable. I am now 3 weeks PO today (21/11) and I couldn't be happier. I was sent home from Pall Mall with antibiotics and pain killers with a list of instructions to follow - my recovery was hard but it was to be expected with any operation! Lynne I cannot thank enough, every single text and picture I sent she was STRAIGHT on the phone re-assuring me and asking for photos etc she is really a massive credit to this company. Georgina and Chelsea are both lovely, Georgina is a massive credit to Red Rose too she was always willing to explain everything to me 100 times when I wasn't sure so a massive thank you to you. Mr Krishnan has changed my life, I am 28 and I have wanted my breasts done since I can remember, probably since I was about 14, I cant thank him enough and I can't wait for my 6 week check up. If you are looking to start your journey, I would recommend Red Rose and Mr Krishnan a million times over, thank you so so much :) *** (I had 600/650cc dual plane mentor round HP)

The service was first class from start to finish, Georgina and Sam were very knowledgable and supportive towards both myself and my daughter.
The after care nurse Lynne was brilliant and gave us regular courtesy calls to check our progress and was on call whenever we needed her - I would recommend this company to others considering breast Augmentation

I couldn't be happier with my results I'm only 2weeks post op and have been fortunate enough to not be in any pain and go back to work after 1week. From when I had my very first consultation, Chelsea & Georgina have been so very helpful & informative.I would like to add when I first got in touch with Red Rose I was under no pressure to book in, no follow up calls to see when I’d be booking in or if I had any idea of when etc, at the time I was moving house so I left it a month or so before I actually booked in for my surgery, best decision of my life!!!
Both Chelsea & Georgina were very quick at replying to any questions or information that I needed, Also very quick with replying to any emails & calling me back promptly.
After my op the nurse was amazing and rang up everyday to see how I was getting on, I really feel from start to finish that I have been well looked after & I’m absolutely over the moon with my results.

I had my Gynecomastia surgery at Newton Le Willows on the 03/06/2019.

After suffering from this condition for the past 15 years I finally felt It was the right time to do something about it. Within two days of contacting Red Rose Desire I had my initial consultation.

At my first consultation with Mr Prasad at Newton Le Willows I felt extremely comfortable and excited for him to conduct the surgery on me. He was really relaxed, experienced and I knew I was in safe hands with him.

Previously I had several consultations throughout the North West both NHS and Private, which left me feeling very disheartened with their level of skill and my expectations of the result.

When I arrived at Newton Le Willows I was promptly shown to my own room with on suite and television, which was very clean and comfy. Before I knew it, within the hour of arriving I was already in theatre.

As soon as I woke up straight away I was very impressed as I could see and feel the results of the surgery instantaneously.

From start to finish Pre and Post op, the service I received was second to none and far surpassed my expectations.

Overall my experience of Red Rose Desire was very professional and I would highly recommend. I only wish I had contacted them sooner!.

After hearing about Red Rose Desire through a friend of mine and hearing about how happy she is with her results I decided to go with Red Rose Desire. I am so happy with my results and I am only 2 weeks post op!! The team at Red Rose Desire are very supportive and answered any of my many questions! Dr Prasad was brilliant and i can definitely tell I went with a good surgeon after looking everyday at my boobs/scarring! The staff at Pall Hall Medical Centre were also amazing which only improved my breast aug experience!
