I booked an apartment through Air bnb for the Edinburgh fringe several months before travel, for myself and family coming from all over the UK. 3 days before I had an email stating the booking had been cancelled due to a major leak in the apartment block. Once I got over the poor communication from Air bnb and got straight through to Nisa at Reserve they could not have been more helpful - they found us a replacement apartment, actually at a better location and honoured the original price, which was a minor miracle during the Fringe festival. Communication, key pickup and the actual apartment were all first class from that point.

I rented for business visit for two beauty therapists. They said it was fine for short visit, the cleanliness was not 100%. Hairs I bed sheets and crumbs on kitchen floor.

Flat 3 , 1 Cranston Street which we rented through Inner City Let’s was a great disappointment. It was not being managed properly and had elderly, dirty uncomfortable beds. The kitchen was ill equipped and everything was generally tatty! Don’t book with this company

They were helpful except failing to return phone messages and not letting us leave our bags in the hall for 2 hours after checkout. David said we should use the station, which charged £60 for holding the bags and we had to queue for nearly half hour.

Great service from reserve, We booked only 3 days before our visit but process was completely smooth. Communication in regards to meet and greet was great. Tony was also great when we had a concern after we left. Have another apartment booked in a couple of months time to visit with family so hoping we have an equally great experience.

Excellent base in the centre of Edinburgh, very clean and extensive facilities, kitchen, two lovely bedrooms and two showers, we had friends visited one evening and the main living room is well furnished for eight people

not sure if the apartment was checked before we arrives as 2 toilets were not clean and also the dish washer was full of dirty dishes that had not been washed. For the price we paid I would not have expected this.

This is the second time i have booked apartments in Edinburgh with Reserve Apartments. Both times the communication i have received has been excellent and when making bookings from Australia it is reassuring to have this level of service. Will be booking again next year and would recommend them to anyone.

La experiencia en este apartamento ha sido muy buena, la ubicación estupenda y la limpieza del apartamento de 10. Lo único que podría decir malo ,por decir algo, es que las camas eran muy pequeñas.

It's at best an OK apartment for 8 but not for 9 or 10. The sofa bed in the lounge should have been replaced years ago and was in a shocking state and I had the misfortune to try and sleep on it. TERRIBLE. The flush system on the toilet downstairs was held together with duct tape! The loo brush had come apart so couldn't be picked up. Ugh! There was not enough crockery and cutlery for 9 people and both of the non-stick frying pans are dead - rusty and dangerous from a health and safety point of view. Sleeping in the bedroom on the lower floor was impossible without blackout curtains. The bedrooms on the upper floor were all fine. And finally there was a problem with the key at the front door which had an exact technique to get it to turn.... so the first time back it took 5 mins of trying before it turned...!And I would like to get back my £200 deposit despite this review.

We recently stayed at Blenheim Place with our two young children for a long weekend. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. However what really made us feel right at home was the service provided by Karen. Karen was absolutely superb. Having young children, we needed a lot of extra equipment, such as cotbed, high chair, but Karen went out of her way to get a stair gate for us too and without Karen’s help our experience could have been very different. Nothing was too much trouble for Karen. We would definitely be keen to visit Edinburgh again, if not only to stay at Blenheim Place again.

They could have change sheet/duvet and towels since we stayed for 10 days
one bedroom was cold that should be fixed and difficult to lock the maindoor fix the locker / keys

too strict cancellation cost and it is not reasonable if I book it with 8 weeks, there will not be possible to cancel it if any emergency happens. and the so-called damage deposit is also very rare in bookings.

House was cancelled with 24hrs notice and left at my destination in Ireland with no where for my family. Contacted the company who said the owner would contact me t explain - still no call.
