We ordered bulbs over a month ago. They were on backorder and supposedly would be in within a week. Every week since ordering, we have received a "new estimated in stock" date. I asked multiple times when they would really be in. The other day, I asked the same via the email form on their website. Apparently, I tried to get the information from them too many times (with NO RESPONSE) because they blocked my computer from their website. I had to use my phone to request they cancel the order because you just don't do that to your customers who are looking for information on their order. HORRIBLE TACTIC TO BLOCK YOUR CUSTOMER FROM GOING TO THE WEBSITE.

Purchased LED deck step lights and was extremely disappointed. I happen to be a licensed electrician. these lights came with no protective lens or even set in hard resin. instead there was a soft gel like sealant to encapsulate them. I called to complain about the quality and said I NEVER would have bought something so sub standard. How could they survive one power washing ? I said I guess I wasted my money on the shipping and was told I would be reimbursed . Well the did not reimburse my total expense. I do not care about your restocking fees I care about wasting my time and money buying GARBAGE. I will not purchase from you again and will to public review on your quality

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Here is a copy of my chat. Chat session started at 14:25:36 A support specialist will be with you in just a moment... Dan:Order #1556057077-37890 has still not arrived. Am looking for a redund. The USPS shows as if it has been delivered. It has NOT been delivered. You are now chatting with Lexus Lexus:Hello Dan Dan:Hello Lexus:It seems you already have a dispute with the order via paypal Dan:They have declined my claim. Lexus:Unfortunately, you would have to contact paypal as we are unable to process return for the order Dan:So, you are saying that when I order something from your company and I NEVER receive it, you have no further obligation? Lexus:If you wouldn't have disputed the order with paypal we could have processed a return as you filed a dispute them we are unable to begin a return Dan:I disputed it because your customer service folks told me that they might charge my freight on a duplicate order. That is just plain wrong. Dan:There currently is no dispute at PayPal because the case has been closed. Lexus:If you wanted the order reship then yes we would have to recharge shipping charges as the order is stating it was delivered, a refund would have for all the products minus the original shipping charge. As the dispute was filed we are unable to begin a return in our system Dan:GOD, am I happy I learned this about you guys with a small order! Lexus:It is always best to seek any refunds from the company directly once a dispute has been made then we would be unable to proceed Dan:I TRIED! Sent wrong bulb for one car and on another car I could never resolve fault codes despite buying resistors and spending hours more on installation.

I bought two 16ft reels of 12V LED strip lights, 6000K, 380 lumens/ft (NFLS-CW300X3-WHT-LC2) from superbrightleds.com. I used them for in-cabinet, under-cabinets and over-cabinet lighting in a contemporary kitchen remodel project. We are very pleased with the color and brightness and have used them over a year with no problems for issues. I did not used the LC2 connectors so cannot comment on the reliability of them; instead I soldered all connections. Strips are easy to cut at 2-inch intervals and solder two. Detailed specs are available on their website for wattage/ft so that I could calculate the wattage of the power supplies I needed. Also ordered 4 power supplies from them and had no issue with those either. Product arrived on time and was professionally packaged. They are also a good value for the money as their competitor Flexfire has similar products available for twice the price.
