Well organised both in UK and Namibia. A true adventure! Everything went according to plan. We have recommended TL to our friends.

True Luxury Travel perfectly organised our trip of a lifetime to Botswana and Mauritius. Every detail of our trip was executed with precision and thoughtfulness, with a wonderfully friendly team always on hand to help at any moment.

We were recommended True Luxury Travel agency by a colleague and used them to book our honeymoon to Tanzania and Zanzibar for two weeks. From the start, we found their team to be very responsive and they took great care to plan the perfect itinerary for us.

I did not benchmark their prices as we were in the middle of wedding planning so I cannot verify if it would have been cheaper to go elsewhere or to do it ourselves. It was also our first time to East Africa and with it being our honeymoon, we were willing to splash out more for things like private safari. We trusted them to do it well and we were fine to pay a bit more so we didn't need to worry about it.

Just before the trip, they sent us our printed itinerary in a little travel pouch - very classy little touch. The hotels that they recommended and the providers that we used were on the whole very good (but then we were paying for higher end). A couple of issues cropped up during the trip such as me leaving my glasses at one hotel and they always stepped in to help when requested.

All in all, I would recommend the agency if you are planning a special trip e.g. honeymoon or somewhere more remote. I would be interested to see how their packages compare for a more ordinary holiday.

very Well organised in London but the Romanian agent was not so good

Katie happily labored over the minute details and questions we peppered her with along with the inevitable changes in the itinerary. She was very open minded in creating an trip that was catered to us, not a canned cookie cutter production.

It was our 50th wedding anniversary and my wife's 70th birthday, all in the space of one month. I started planning the event 2 yrs out and as luck would have it I ended up on the TLT web site. From the very begining I was impressed by their knowledge of our chosen destination; South Africa. From the outset, they quickly understood our requirements as regards to what we wished to do and type of accomodation to stay in. After some adjustments on both sides, we ended up with a bespoke holiday that we will remember for the rest of our lives. We cannot praise TLT highly enough for their professionalism and attention to detail. We know it was a team effort but we feel we must make special mention of Georgie to whom we both owe a big thank you!

Georgie worked closely with me to custom taylor a trip to South Africa and Zimbabwe in a short amount of time. The meet and greets at the airport were a great touch. The itinerary was tight and we ran seamlessly from point to point. The drivers arranged were great. And she got us reservations at all the Leading Hotels of the World we had read and heard about from friends and made suggestions we thoroughly enjoyed also.

An itinerary that was perfectly suited to all three generations on the trip, you could tell that each minute had been carefully thought through in order for us to have the best experience possible. I would highly recommend True Luxury Travel to anyone

Nihi was an absolute highlight - it really is a paradise destination, and I keep dreaming back to the spa by the beach.
