This company charged my card 8 times for $19.95 ($159.60) and I had no clue who they were. I couldnt find them to cancel this bogus subscription since their name on my statement says usreportsreal, which is not their name. I tried to find this company for months in order to stop these charges, but couldnt locate them by the name on my statement. Why would they not have their real company show up? This is something crooks do and thats exactly what they are! They blame me for not being able to locate them in time to cancel with in their 15-day refund policy. From all the complaints and 1 star reviews, I see Im not the only one. This company should be forced to pay be back and be shut down for criminal activity! STAY CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS!!

Scam! Thought i was getting a free tax assessment on my property. Nope! billed be 4 times. Will be putting a hold on these transactions. I should have called my city but it was after hours for this. All of this info is free from your local city assessment board.

Stay away from this company, I ordered the basic report for $1.25 then I was charged $20. I called an complained, they told me to put a file a claim with my CC company which would take weeks or they would do a curtesy refund of 30%. You also need to cancel your membership or you will get charged again next year. They gave me a cancelation # and said I would get an email to confirm. It never came. These guys should be shutdown!!

Lots of information in one place. Handy enough and certainly not prohibitively expensive. I'd probably subscribe if I did this very often. Most of it does appear to be available in other locations but it takes a bit of searching and compiling yourself. It looks good so far. My understanding is that it's a one time charge, if that isn't the case then I may change my opinion.

I'm trying to find the owner of 5027 Fordham ave Kalamazoo Michigan. My father left a will stating that upon his death, it was suppose to be shared or sold out and decided between me and my sister. Im not sure what happened or why I was not contacted. I have a copy of the will and last testimony. Who can I contact. I would send an attached picture but I don't want personal info displayed at this time with the advice of my attorney.

The process is very simple and clear. It's worth for just $1.25 for only one time charge. I will use one per year to know the value of my house and to find out how much property tax i pay each year for filing my tax return

This was so easy. Our dad died last week. We could not find the tax bill that due tomorrow. We got parcel number and paid it on online. Total time it took 10 minutes. The price was next to nothing for this service. Thank You

They say that they aren't trying to mislead anyone or trick people into a subscription. There is a base payment and then it goes to a second page where there's an option to sign up for a membership. The way the website looks is designed to trick you into signing up for the membership. It's orange, bright colors, and large text trick the eyes into signing up for the $19 per month. Click the grey button below the orange button and you will only be charged the $1.95. but my advise would be to not waste your time, you can find the exact same information on zillow.

I thought the process was very simple and I got just exactly what I wanted in just a few minutes. My card better not get charged for more than the $1.25 that it states originally. I don't want a monthly subscription. I only needed to use it once and once only. Thank you.
