US to OZ

I have used US to Oz in the past before the business was sold and have not had any problems, but when the new owner took over and I asked for a shipping quote, I was quoted a ridiculously high amount (which I compared to other forwarding websites and it was half the price) and when I questioned them on it they ignored my emails, and my stuff is still sitting there...very unprofessional! And who knows what's happened with my stuff...

Placed an order on June 27. Didn't hear anything from UStoOZ for 5 days, so sent a follow up email on July 2. Received a response from the owner and replied back. No further response (or action) from UStoOZ as of July 25.

I recently used US to OZ to receive a parcel from the US where it couldn't be directly posted to me. The service I received from Sarah at US to OZ was exceptional. She exceeded any expectation I could have had, and her communication is awesome. There were issues with Sarah receiving the shipment and the shipment being lost between the shipper and her house, and Sarah went out of her way to resolve these issues for me where it really wasn't her responsibility. I really felt like she was a friend in the whole process and cannot recommend US to OZ again for the personalised service, quick service and cost effective service she provides. I wouldn't hesitate to use US to OZ again.

Seems the business is no longer in operation, send few emails and havent had any response after a week, it also means that the owner is not committed to the business, will be very mindful before paying.

I import e liquid from the usa for personal use, however when my supplier raised their shipping costs i decided to use a re-shipper, i choose UStoOz as i had used them in the past for other items, my first shipment arrived without a problem. 3 months later however, the business has changed hands and things were not so great.

After my order was placed, i was advised by the new owner that my product was a prohibited import in Australia and he could not send my package to me, this is simply not true. I pointed out that AU does in fact allow me to import this product and provided the relevant legislation. I was then told that the export of the product from the USA was prohibited. Nope. Sorry . Wrong again.
In my last email to UStoOz i advised once again that this was not the case and provided US legislation.

Using a reshipper requires a level of trust and i decided to use UStoOz as i had used them to send the same product in the past as well as other things every now and then. It is a shame that in a few days and a couple of emails, that trust has been destroyed.

I will not be using this company again.

This business has undergone a recent change in ownership (I think the original owner moved back to Australia) and the new owner, Justin, was very helpful with my orders. I ordered numerous items from different suppliers - one of which was an assisted purchase, done by US to OZ - and everything was professionally and efficiently handled, processed and shipped.

The level of communication was very good and also very prompt; and, Justin, if you are reading this, sorry for all my annoying emails!

I would not hesitate to use US to OZ again. In fact, I already plan to.

I've had a dozen orders shipped with the new owner and all went smoothly. Communication was good and packages arrived in good order and on time . I will use this service again
