Richard and his team are fantastic, having spent several days being pestered by a foreign call centre they sorted everything out and even saved us some money. Many thanks.

I have now used them for all our gas and electric supplies for some years. I now no longer need to be searching different sites and suppliers and can rid myself of the nuisance of repeated cold calls which I cannot stand.

It was OK but I had so many problems switching last year to the new British Gas contract I was not prepared to switch again. This has more to do with British Gas than Utility Helpline but I think you should bear this in mind when you recommend them to other clients. It took 9 months to sort out the billing and a lot of calls by me which is a complete waste of my time for what is a small electricity bill.

I have used Utility Helpline for a number of years to review our electricity contract. They are a breath of fresh air in an industry where many companies adopt old style hard sell tactics. I am happy to recommend them.

The second lady I spoke to was absolutely brilliant - helpful, efficient, polite, friendly, thorough, patient ... she could not have been more helpful - absolutely wonderful service. Brilliant.

(I called originally and gave details to a lady who should have called back; a week later I had to call again as had not been helped. This was an expensive delay for no help.
However! Had it not been for the first lady and the week of nothing then of course this would be 5* service and excellent rating!)

I would definitely recommend!!
