We bought 4 tickets to the Harry Styles concert in Bologna in July on Gigsberg. Two tickets were legit & our kids had a great time. Two tickets were fakes but Gigsberg only issued one refund. We won't use them again. I have all the proof we did not attend the conert, their customer service people told us we submitted the required proof but Gigsberg did not see fit to refund our money. We won't use them again.

Great experience. We bought Cavaliers tickets, which work a little different than tickets I am used to with the whole Flash Seats thing. Someone from select-a-ticket actually called me without me needing to ask to brief me on how to use the Flash Seats system. That was super cool and helpful!

my original choice was rejected because of a system gliche and the girl that called me from pre-sale was very nice and very helpful! she offered me the same tickets at a discounted price, but she was able to improve my seats for the same price I originally bought. The site should state VERY CLEARLY that the name on the tickets belongs to an original purchaser who resold them on your site for above or below face value. Otherwise, the buyers who are unaware of how this works will get confused.

Bought meet and greet tickets for Billie eilish for my daughter for this past April. I believe it was fake the entire time. The day before the concert I kept emailing to get my tickets. They told me the meet and greet was cancelled but when I called the venue, they said there was never a meet and greet planned. The company bought the tickets THAT day…the day before the concert. They weren’t planning on refunding me until I threatened to sue. Don’t use this company. Buy directly from the venues suggested ticket vender. I had hyped this up for my daughter and thankfully Billie eilish was amazing in concert.

Horrible, the concert was rescheduled but the tickets were not in my name so I couldn't get the re-issue. Instead Jeff Derp from Wy got the re-issued/refund and my money and this scalper webpage did nothing to help. No answers from Customer support email, no answers to phone calls. Just Ghosted! Use another ticket provider it's worth it, these weren't any cheaper tickets....hands down the worst experience so far.

Just beware of the high ticket prices and general availability of websites like Funcheap that will list free ways to sign up, attend, or participate in the same events. The reason I removed 2 stars from my rating is because of the previously mentioned availability of similar or identical events on Funcheap and the often outrageous ticket prices or admission fees on everfest.

I was in the process of ordering ticket for a show on-line. I ordered ticket for the away fans section, Crystal Palace v Arsenal. They sent me home fans "hospitality" tickets, claiming they were more expensive and won't refund me since it's an "upgrade". I was only interested in the away fans section. I had to cancel my whole trip, as the price for away seats had gone way up on other sites since I first ordered. They ruined my summer vacation, and didn't even try to help. Please stay away! I have ordered on other websites before without fail, and this is the first real scam site I have come across.

Paid for a Barcelona game, at a premium location. Didn't receive the ticket and contacted the CS. They reverted back stating that they would call me close to the game. Basically I am out of the EU and my registered mobile number wouldn't work and I informed them. From there no answer. Filed a case against them on Paypal. Someone contacted me from the UK promising to sort things and I didn't close the case but uploaded the exchanges to Paypal. Paypal also stated they received proof the tickets were delivered to me. So around 35 messages to ask Paypal for a copy of that proof - they stated I should ask the seller. Now, I told the seller I would open another case - and they sent me the tickets. However the price shown was less that half of that I paid. approx 90 EUR instead of the 200 EUR. And I was naturally given a seat just outside the designated area. So stay away from Football Ticket Net, they are crooks.

BEWARE. I will never use this company and I suggest you don’t either. I ordered 2 canopies over $2k. I provided my in-hand date. The site said it would send me a proof the very next day. They didn’t. In fact, they didn’t even respond until I reached out to them. The artwork I sent was incorrectly sized. Not being the canopy professional, I did what I could with my limited knowledge. Extremely delayed responses with absolutely no help on resizing to fit. I guess I, as the consumer am responsible for being a graphic artist as well, despite the thousands of dollars spent. Days went by and I finally received a response that my artwork was still not a fit AFTER HOURS on 4th of July weekend. It wasn’t until late Tuesday afternoon (yes- 4 days later), that I was told that that day was the final day I could submit my artwork to get it in in time for my event and that if I cancelled, I’d be charged a frivolous 5% fee for shipping and handling (they never sent a thing) and credit card processing charges. (They never produced one thing.) Delay after delay, and they take zero responsibility. I was never provided with help with resizing my artwork, but I found another excellent company who helped me resize and get my product in time. They refuse to refund me without the ridiculous fee. BEWARE. Do yourself a favor and choose a company with customer service. With service like this before I even got my product, I can imagine the quality I’d be getting. No integrity.

Awful! bought tickets to the Nutcracker thru Atom Tickets, when we got to the cinema they couldn't pull them up so we were forced to buy new tickets on the spot. We contacted Atom and let them know the cimena had no record of the tickets and they said 'we can't refund money for tickets after show time' ???? So we're out the cost of the original tickets, super frustrating! RIPOFF< BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service. I bought tickets for my elderly family and minutes after purchase I realised they were limited leg room seats so I called them to cancel. It was not clear on purchase that there would be limited leg room either, it was not clear at all. I only noticed from the ticker. Even though I cancelled minutes after buying them (And with nearly 5 months till the show took place), they would not refund me. I could not go as my family are elderly and cannot have limited leg room so they kept my £137 and refused to refund me. Several emails later and they are still refusing to refund me. Absolutely disgusting service, I will not be using them again.

I brought a BTS ticket on 23 June form viagogo and then I re- sold out from viagogo . It turn out the ticket can’t access to the BTs concert due the organisers check the ID must match the name on the ticket . Which we all find out after 17 June . So as a second platform , like stubhub stop all the sale and chase back the ticket to the original seller . As viagogo didn’t do anything , but charge me HK$2,100 for compensate to the 2 buyer And stop the payment of Sae to me . I ask them to get back the refund from the 1 st seller I purchase from viagogo . He said he can’t get me the refund cause I didn’t attend the concert. It’s unfair treat how can they protect the 1st seller and the 3 buyer, so I’m the really victim , I got nothing back but losing Hk$7,000 , it is ridiculous, viagogo refuse to chase back the money to me .
