Apparently the attached image purchase went through. But I didn't realize and bought the tickets in-person assuming it didn't go through like the error label infers. I tried to get a refund and had to go from waiting in the chat queue for over half an hour to having to submit a complaint in another part of the website to even find the status of the refund request. Multiple follow up emails and still had no response for a month. Eventually was able to talk to a person that seemed understanding and hand me submit the bank statements proving the purchase and then denied the refund with no explanation. Highly unprofessional and was a super frustrating and time consuming process to go through. Be wary

I purchased 4 tickets online from Fandango. I found out I could have purchased the exact sames seats for about $10 less if I had used AMC's app. This is the first time I've seen Fandango being higher than the actual theater app. No notice, warning, comment from Fandango. Never again. Hope they go the way of Blockbuster Video stores. They ripped people off too.

We had great seats, tree rows back on first balcony. The acoustics were great and the big screen made it like he was singing right to you. Lee Ann Womack was a terrific opener and can still sing those crazy high notes! Loved that she sang " I hope you dance". Alan was awesome. I be seen him before but the usually very shy and quiet singer really worked the crowd and sang for 2 hours! His voice is still strong and unwavering and he sang most of his best. So, so glad we went. Worth every penny and then some.

This was by far the worst experience i have had with a football ticket provider. I paid $2700 euros for Liverpool tickets and travelled from Canada last week as a present for my husband’s 50th birthday — and did not get the tickets which was devastating for him. A huge Liverpool fan. It is impossible to get anyone at Ticketgum to respond to emails - I realize now that all of the emails from them were automatic ‘no reply’ BOT responses leaving me thinking they are not legitimate. Ticketgum has now ghosted without refunding my $2700 euros. Please DO NOT use this service.

Predators I’m from the US. I was going to visit my daughter in the UK and I purchased tickets for the Man City vs Liverpool game on April 4. When it became apparent that I wouldn’t even be able to fly to England because of the pandemic, I contacted Ticket Gum and asked to have my ticket refunded. Unfortunately that was not an option. The game wasn’t canceled was the answer. They did offer me 30% of the ticket price. They also asked in the email they sent, that I must refrain from going on social media for their generous offer. This company is predatory and to be avoided at all cost. I will most definitely do my best to discredit them on social media whenever possible

The display it's self was fine but I was extremely unhappy with the "stand" that was pictured for the display. It was completely unstable and useable for any kind of functionality so I had to go last minute and rent a counter space for $900 from the event exhibitor. I think that you should be more honest about the actual functionality of the equipment to set expectations.

This is my second time ordering from Mod and I have to say I couldn't be happier. They have that rare combination of extremely good customer service and good pricing. But overall, if you want your project to come out perfect, these are the guys to work with. Dan, our graphic designer, gave us timely and expert help and Libby, our sales rep, made sure the project stayed on track every step of the way. And it all arrived a week sooner than expected. We're more than satisfied and will order again.

The Lion King was wonderful but would have been much more enjoyable with better seat location. I paid a big price for my 2 tickets and the seats were up so high & far that we could hardly see the stage & performers. Very disappointed and will never purchase through this site again & would not recommend to anyone to purchase through this site. Much better to purchase tickets through the Schuster Center. Learned a tough lesson!

I got three tickets to Keith Urban at Fiddlers Green and ended up paying more or just as much for a service charge. Why is scalping illegal but these sites are not? I paid over twice as much for the tickets than they the price of the ticket was. What a rip off! Never do that again, not only did I pay twice as much but they charged me more than twice the amount for a service charge. Shame on you.

I've been in a few times for breakfast which has been cold and I've sent it back too . Once my eggs look like they been under the hot plate for 3 hours . Sorry Aldershot the food is lovely not a bad word for that but breakfast is always cold . I also tried a bacon sandwich and that was cold , I think you need to get a new breakfast chef someone that knows what they are doing . Cold food is not a good look .

I found the tickets I wanted at a price I was wanting to pay! The site was very easy to navigate and communication was quick. The only wish is that I could've seen what seat numbers I was buying rather than just the section and aisle. I am attending the show with someone super tall and an aisle seat would've been preferred.

I am scrambling to find a ticket to my event this morning, because Boston-Theater did not in fact have the tickets available that they claimed they had sold to me, and did not inform me of that until less than two hours before the event. I am extremely frustrated, as they have known this since last night, and did not prioritize me in their customer service phone lineup so I could have know this hours ago and made alternate plans before this morning. I have been refunded, but I may not get to go to my event because of Boston-Theater was neither helpful nor forthcoming with information in a timely manner. I recommend avoiding this reseller at all costs if you want to ensure you will actually go to your event. They are unreliable.

It's not until you go to checkout that you see that they charge in US dollars. The name of the website is vipticketsCANADA.CA So Canada in the name, a .ca (canadian) domain and the tickets are for a Canadian event. But they surreptitiously charge you in a foreign currency. This should be illegal.

The thing that drives me nuts is the tickets are in USD. I’ve already read the issues in the past about this and it’s apparently because of the software you guys use. That software needs to be changed to be more transparent with extra fees and show your total in CAD. My 46 dollar ticket was 84 after all the fees and conversion. Kinda misleading, also not knowing your final total until you put your credit card info in is annoying.

It was our first time in London and we wanted to see a show. Originally we thought maybe one of the big musicals, but we wanted something less pricey. When we saw "39 Steps" as an option it was perfect because we love Hitchcock and crime themes. The show was INCREDIBLE!!!!! With only 4 actors playing all of the characters, and taking on the feat of acting out the train chase, plane chase, etc. huge scenes, it was amazing. SO CREATIVE. SO FUNNY. It was definitely a highlight of our trip! Thank you!

I was nervous to move abroad, and knew I wanted to come to the UK with everything sorted (accommodation, bank account, work) before leaving Australia. UKPubCo were amazing in ensuring this was all sorted - with little effort needed from me to be honest. The transition to the UK was made so much easier through the company and I wouldn't be in the place I am, literally, without them. I went through UK Pub Co in 2018 for a job placement, they were super helpful regarding visas, living situations, bank accounts, anything you can think of they can point you in the right direction. Although the pub I was put in didn't suit my needs, they were really helpful in sorting out other alternatives and I'll be using them again when I return to the UK in 2020!

We booked the trip to Madrid for 3 nights with tickets to see Real Madrid play at the Bernabéu. The booking process was easy and the staff were very helpful. The flights were standard - EasyJet! The hotel was excellent ... we were expecting some shoddy 3 star back street hotel but instead we got a 4 star hotel in a good location. As for the match tickets - WOW! We were pitch side! We were so close I was practically sat on the goalkeepers lap! All in all the trip was excellent especially for the price paid. Thank you!

We have bought a number of tickets from Gigantic over the years and have always found them to be nice, reliable and an easy company to deal with. Recently, however, we needed to contact them directly for the first time after they informed us of a change of date to a gig we had booked. Knowing how difficult this has been with other companies, I prepared for the worst but couldn’t be more surprised! I spoke to a great guy called Harry who was so helpful and sorted everything out so quickly and got a refund sorted out straight away! Also managed to get in a bit of craic about the latest bands to see on tour, including some pretty cool artists and bands… this is what we need from ticket companies, not waiting months and having to send dozens of emails to companies who don’t care. So Gigantic and Harry, you have restored my faith in ticket agencies… you are by far the nicest and the coolest and will be our first port of call for all of our gig needs in the future. Absolutely recommended!

The Gin Festival I was supposed to attend was from wwwfriendsofgin.com It should have been held at York Racecourse on Saturday 20 October 2018, at 22.47 on the 19 October 2018, they cancelled it, via an email!!! We had already checked into the hotel we’d booked at a cost of £188, let alone the cost of our travel arrangements, companies like this need to be discredited, they should never be in a position to do this again but unfortunately they will.

Fairly enjoyable couple of hours at the Gin Festival, more a trade show really, quite well organised, the tickets I had were purchased as a Christmas present and given to me with the belief that it would be an interesting experience for the gin lover. In the welcome room we were greeted by a chap with a couple of glasses emblazoned with the Gin Festival logo and "Schweppes" on the other side, these are your glasses, he said. Explained the process and where everything was. We went into the tasting room it was small and crushed, we managed to get round it and sample around 5 or 6 different gins, the various properties and values of each type of gin we tried was conveyed to us by the stallholders. Off to the shop and to see all the different gins available, it's very confusing as there's nothing to really base your choice on they are all different in their own way, you need to have a bottle of each as they all have their own signature. We needed food and downstairs there were three stalls given over to street food, one was pulled pork another a burger bar, we opted for the burger, a really tasty burger, "KickAss!" but that may have been the burger type not the name of the stall. It was very very good. A few tables had been provided to sit at it was busy too but eventually we squoze onto a table with others. We found ourselves in the bar, bypassing the cocktail bar, but it was our first real G&T, with so many on sale we asked for a random one, cost £5.00 each. There's a tag system for prepayment so that they don't have to deal with cash. I'd only charged mine up with £10 so that bought us two drinks. All very pleasant. There was a band from Yorkshire too. Two guys playing the guitar and washboard. Excellent entertainment. The washboard resonators. Would I go again, probably not, no offers on, only thing you got for your ticket was access, a gin glass, a small gin guide and a cashless tag. The band made it all worthwhile. The crush in the tasting room was chaotic, uncomfortable and too hot. Didn't see how to get on the masterclass. Didn't want to have a gin cocktail. Gins for £5.00 that didn't taste as if there was any gin in, and we couldn't see the guy pour the drink, he stood right in front of the optic.

This was my first time using Gootickets for tickets to the Adu Dhabi F1 for my son and I. We chose Grandstand tickets hoping to get good seats. I was a little dubious at first as I’d never heard of Gootickets, but my anxiety soon disappeared when we located our seats. We had to double-check we had the right ones when we sat down as we were three rows back from pole position!!! We were no more than 25 metres away from Lewis Hamilton leading off the race!! My son and I were overwhelmed with all the practice, qualifying and race action being so close to the starting line and pits. The picture shows Lewis about to start the race formation lap with a very small amount of zoom (I didn’t video the start as wanted to savour the moment). This was our first F1 event and we will be making it a regular trip using Gootickets. Couldn’t have asked for better seats or service in making it our best weekend ever – thank you Gootickets!!!

On September 20th 2019, I bought tickets to the Monaco F1 Grand Prix. However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the event has been cancelled. I then emailed Gootickets regarding getting a refund, but I never got a response. I also tried to call the same number I called in the past, but now no one picking up the phone. I spent a large amount of money on these tickets and I’ve been cheated. This company is a scam. I will NEVER use their services again, nor will I recommend them to my friends.

We are college students & a team of 9 people, and also the huge fan of Los Angeles Dodgers, we have purchased tickets with eTickets for the Los Angeles Dodgers vs. Chicago Cubs at Dodgers stadium, we have booked tickets a few months back, we were a little worried about the seats, but the seats were all great together with the fantastic view. Finally, we found a ticket selling company that goes above and beyond to make each and everything perfect! Loved the promo codes they have listed in all the pages, the booking process was a bit tedious but we saved almost $180. Definitely will be back.

Everything about working with Mark's Tickets was easy, but the best part of the customer service was that when my event was a few days away, Mark's Tickets sent an email (or maybe 2) reminding me that I hadn't downloaded the tickets and offering assistance in case I needed help. I think that is a very personal and thoughtful gesture.

Over 300% mark up on tickets that we’re going for 1/3 the price. If you add in service fees it’s almost 500%. The worst part is they were selling the same tickets significantly cheaper 4 days later. Not good business practice. I paid 900.00 total and find them for 584 on another website. Tried emailing and calling and they don’t want to bend to try and make things right so I’ll share with everyone my experience

Over the past 10 years, I've enjoyed working with the pleasant and professional people at Meeting Tomorrow. In my dealings with them, I have found them to be very thorough in their planning and execution of the jobs entrusted to them. I enjoyed a birthday lunch here, with a friend, and last week hosted my birthday party for 40 guests. The food is excellent and service too. Had the best 18th Birthday Party here on Saturday. Venue is great for about 70 people. Have to mention the staff and how amazing they all were especially Peter the Manager who took control of everything and the bar staff who also did an amazing job, couldn’t have asked for a better party. Food we ordered was great and plenty of it with different options for finger food. Even space available for a photo booth.

Last weekend I ordered some tickets late in the afternoon via your website. When I got the confirmation, I was horrified to see that I had made a fundamental error. A really silly one which was totally my own fault. I tried to phone customer services, but they close early a Sunday. This morning I rang as soon as the lines opened and explained what I had done. I said I knew their conditions clearly stipulate no refunds or exchanges, but wondered if anything could be done. Just over an hour later I received a phone call, and the really nice young man said he had managed to sort it all out for me. I couldn't have been more pleased. What a star he is. So I have nothing but praise for Casatickets

I bought tickets for a show in Washington D.C and received them, in 3 days, just as was promised. The seats were excellent! 9th row on the floor-dead center. I knew before ordering that the price would be more than was listed on the ticket because it's a ticket broker and I had no problem with that. I could not have gotten such awesome seats otherwise. By the time I decided I wanted to make the trip to go-there were no good tickets to be had elsewhere. I'm so glad I found this site. No problems at all .

inCyyte Limited moved into this location as a start-up business 6 years ago. CEME have great facilities which are extremely conducive to business development. The conference centre is situated on a campus with several SME's and regularly host networking and business support events. inCyyte has grown as a company and brought it's product to market with plenty of help and advice from CEME along the way. I highly recommend this company - 5 Stars!!

I used Dice for the first time tonight to watch Laura Marling live from the Union Chapel and it worked seamlessly. Very professional all ‘round; High quality stream and great customer service; I had contacted their help email earlier in the day and received a prompt reply with the information I needed. Very impressed, will definitely use them again for streaming events during lockdown and also once life hopefully gets back to normal.

STAY AWAY! I wish I knew about SiteJabber before, and went through all bad reviews before making a purchase (my experience makes it difficult to believe that 5 star reviews for easysportstickets are genuine). On May 6th I bought 3 category 1 tickets for UEFA Champions League final game that will take place on May 24th in Lisbon. So 3 expensive tickets bought in time, credit card charged - 18 days before the event - I naively felt 'safe'. The next day I received an email from them where I was asked to sign a document they provided and send it back to them in next 48 hours for order to be completed. Document was about 'authorizing' them to deliver the tickets to the adress that was stated, which was my home adress, the same adress I provided when I purchased the tickets. No problems, signed & scanned & sent. They confirmed that my order was complete and also provided email contact adress should I wish to change shipping adress details. In same email they noted that tickets are usually shipped 3-5 days before the event. This was something I prefered to be done earlier, so I sent them an email asking if it is possible that they deliver the tickets before May 19th (monday), this was sent on May 8th - and this is when the problems started appearing. On May 9th, they responded with some robotic/generic message about the nature of their business and asked me about my hotel adress in Portugal so they could send the tickets there. This was the very first time they mentioned Portugal - and remember, I already paid, credit card was charged, and my shipping adress confirmed (home adress). I replied immediately, quite shocked, and stated in email that I can not provide any adress in Portugal, that delivering tickets elsewhere is NOT an option and that tickets have to be shipped to my home adress. Remember, this is May 9th, so still 2 weeks before the event - I clearly wrote that Lisbon is not an option, only home adress, and that if they do not intend to ship the tickets to my home adress, they make a refund so I can look elsewhere for tickets. I asked them to act on this asap, yet there was no email from them in next couple of days, so I sent a new message again - to all of their email adresses I had (4). I recaped the situation (tickets bought, funds gone, document signed, and after my plea for tickets to be delivered earlier if possible, suddenly questions about hotel adress in Portugal appear); stated again that I can not pick up the tickets in Lisbon, that only shipping to home adress is acceptable and that they refund if they do not intend to do that. The next day, May 13th, I finally got email from them - but it was the SAME GENERIC/ROBOTIC message I received 4 days earlier! At that point, I was really starting to feel very nervous. Meanwhile, I was also trying to reach them via phone - but unsuccessfuly, it was always the same story, call gets answered, it's robo answer from secretary machine with some options to choose, however I couldn't get through to any representatives. On May 14th they finaly sent a non-robotic email, with my name mentioned as well and how they apparently tried to reach me via phone, but without success, so that I should provide them a phone number. Obviously I had no missed calls whatsoever, anyway I responded to email and sent them my phone number - the same they already had in database. That afternoon, I received a phone call (needless to say, it was hidden number, no caller id), answered it - it was their 'messenger' on the other line, who apparently was calling to 'help me' and he was asking about my adress in Lisbon where he can deliver the tickets before the game (!!!). I was shocked, told him that I already clearly stated that Lisbon is not an option and that tickets have to be delivered to my home adress. When I asked him if he saw email exchange, he actually confirmed he had - but then he started with funny story about how this is all for my good and that FedEx or UPS or whatever servise they would use for mail is unreliable, tickets can be lost, etc. At this point I really felt incredible anger, anyway just repeated to the guy (apparent 'messenger' - no comment needed) that only home adress is an option and that they refund if they do not intend to ship the tickets. He said he would pass the message to 'the company' and that they will contact me at latest the next day. No comment. Needless to say, they did not contact me - no email received, no phone call received, nothing. The phone convo was on May 14th, I was still hoping, but on May 19th (monday) there was still no contact, nor I received anything via post - so I sent them email again, asking for update. Did they ship the tickets, I had no confirmation - and again I clearly stated that only delivery to home adress is an option, there is no way for me to pick up tickets in Lisbon, not even on matchday. May 19th, so 2 days ago, but of course - there is still no response to that email either. It is May 21st today, 7 pm cet, the game is on Saturday 24th, but not only that I still do not possess 3 category 1 tickets that I purchased on May 6th, but it looks more and more likely I will never see them. Lisbon is not an option, delivery to home adress is a must - and I've been clear on this from the beginning, so 2+ weeks before the event. Even if tickets somehow get delivered to my home adress, I think from the above its more than obvious what these guys are - and not only that I can not recommend them, but there is only one message here: STAY AWAY. There is still a chance I could receive the tickets in time, 2 days left - but of course, even hoping for that is laughable. If they intended to ship the tickets - they would've done it already and they would've sent me a confirmation... Other than that - they could've contacted me, told me they do not intend to ship the tickets and refunded. Instead, they kept ignoring my emails and they just did nothing... obviously their plan is to distribute tickets on matchday only, probably selling most of those for second, third, Xth time and scamming many of us idiots who thought that they were genuine. It was not easy to refrain from harsh words and heavy accusations while writing this, and in truth my thoughts about easysportstickets are unprintable. UPDATE: On May 22nd, they sent an email with subject to urgently contact them, as they have additional details about the tickets (LOL). May 23rd, they sent a SMS asking me about my adress in Lisbon (!), or pickup point... I suppose all the messages about Lisbon not being an option and HOME ADRESS DELIVERY the only way were just not important. I texted them back, stating the same thing again. Several hours later, I received an email from them where they confirmed order is canceled and promised a refund (I will update on this next week). Soon afterwards, new email from their acc department with confirmation that refund was processed. Also, to their credit, in that last email there was at least an apology about inconvenience caused - it's not much and doesn't really help, but it's appreciated. I will provide a final update on this review as soon as funds reach my acc. FINAL UPDATE: May 28th - funds received, refund completed. So, overall - v bad experience, lots of communication issues, throughout the proccess they looked like they didn't care - I did not get the tickets and did not see the game, refund was done after it was too late and I will certainly never use them again - however, at least there was an apology in the end and full refund. Finaly, on this final update I decided to add additional star to make this 2/5, as there are worse businesses out there - at least I got my money back. Best regards

booked tickets for real Madrid v Barcelona in December. Was constantly told right up until 3 hours before the game my tickets were guaranteed. Travelled from UK to Madrid with my 8 year old son for the game, it was his Christmas present. 3 hours before the game they e mailed to say my tickets were cancelled. No refund received. They should not be allowed to trade. Never, ever use them.

Absolutely the worst ticket site ever! We purchased tickets for a concert and after arriving at the concert we were escorted out because the tickets we purchased had been previously sold a week earlier than when we bought ours! We are out $500 and the best they would offer us was a 10% refund despite the fact that they double sold the tickets! Absolutely atrocious! Avoid this fraudulent company at all costs!

Was left until hours before a game with no tickets. Support little to no help. You receive two emails from BigStub explaining you will get another email with your mobile tickets. The third email comes from another source which is not identified for you. Fees are higher than competitive brokers and not disclosed until you pay.
