Told items were being shipped 23rd December, we still have not received them on 30tj

I have made order 10 days ago. Any information, I still dont hace my ordered products...

Waiting on order over a month now!
Keep making excuses like "we are waiting on supplier"...
Even shows they got them in stock!
Very poor contact!
Payed a lot of money including delivery! Feel scammed by this website would not recommend!

Got the tracking number after 7 days, but could only see that Parcel label number was created. After 14 days I called Any Lamp with the question when I could expect my package. They couldn't find my package and said they would call me back.
Meanwhile I got an email from Any Lamp that I requested to return a product. Because I didn't requested to return my package and they didn't call me back I called them again. They said the employee that was working on it wasn't there and he would call me back if he was back.
If I'm checking my tracking number now I see that my package is in transit. They handed my package over to DPD yesterday evening and my package is now in Hinckley.
I'm pretty sure that Any Lamp forgot to hand my package over to DPD, but I still waiting for Any Lamp to call me back to tell me what happened. An apology would be nice and I hope that I don't have to wait for it as long as I am waiting for my package.

EDIT: so after 3 weeks I finally recieved my order. Any-Lamp hasn’t contacted me and if I have to believe my track and trace number than my package is still at the DPD depot in the UK. The products are good so if you don’t care about customer service and a 3 week delivery time is acceptable for you, than Any-Lamp is the store for you.

The bulbs were delivered but I only had one starter. As I needed the starters with the bulbs I was only able to use one. After 18 days I am still trying to get a starter which I was told would be delivered ASAP. The bulbs are great but the follow up customer service seems to be lacking.

You are shipping to certain regions in Europe, in our case in Middle east region we have to pick a forwarder to collect the product, whereas if I would have bought from Alibaba, they calculate the freight .I have paid twice the price of the infrared bulbs. The original cost was 7.1 Euro , the delivered cost was 17.3 Euro. If I knew the final cost before, I would have bought from elsewhere.
So for the future , It is better if you quote CIF price as other supplier do.

i purchased a led r7s 78 mm packaged firstclassto avoid breakage i ordered friday evening my mistake but was delivered by 10.45 today wednesday first class product and service would recomend anylamp to anyone

Arrived on my doorstep within 36 hours. Excellent, though somewhat over packed!

I would like to give a higher rating, as soon as I have received the ordered product but since this isn’t the case yet, although it was announced for the 30th of November and the tracking option states “delivered” - well, I’m currently sitting in my dark bathroom without the bulbs.

Make an order of different lamps, among 13 fluorescent tubes 120 cm long and at arrival 5 of them are out of order. Tips broken during storage or shipping.
