I have got my house built by blurprint. During the tough period, the blueprint still can complete good job for me. Much appreciate.

Shocking building boom fat cat attitude, wasted my time getting me pre approval, booked in then they realised financing wasnt till march and cancelled the lot via email. Greedy smash and grab behavior, not interested in who you are, what you want to build just show us your money.

After living in our house for slightly over four (4) years a number of structural issues arose surrounding the driveway sinking and leaks around the house. Asked for assistance, but was always told it was not covered by the six (6) year warranty. However, they very much like to give me a quote for fixing it at my own expense. Avoid like the plague.
PS. I know Blueprint will come back and make a token response to my complaint and do nothing. This appears to be how businesses work nowadays.

I first heard about Blueprint from one of my clients who I know to be very particular and for them to be impressed by a building company I had to see it for myself. From start to finish the customer service was amazing, we always had someone to ask any questions and any issues were addressed immediately. Blueprint was also very flexible in what we could leave to do ourselves to save costs. The end result is an amazing rural home with extremely good value for money and we had no cost surprises along the way, we actually got some money back in the end. I am extremely happy with my new home and would gladly use Blueprint again.

Thank you Blueprint for making our first building experience a seamless and enjoyable one!! We are so glad we chose Blueprint to build our dream home, from start to finish the quality of workmanship and service was exceptional. From the planning stage, to pre-start and throughout the construction phase we were kept up-to-date along the way and any queries were resolved quickly and efficiently. Working with such professional people who are passionate about what they do put us at ease at each stage of the building process. Nothing was ever too much trouble and Paul our Site Supervisor was fantastic, offering great advice and was available and on site throughout the entire build. Paul's honesty, openness and knowledge of the industry is second to none! We would highly recommend Blueprint as a quality home builder. And finishing well ahead of schedule and a receiving a voucher for a free house clean before we moved in was an added bonus! Thanks again to the team at Blueprint :-)

Well after on 8yrs the house is beginning to fall apart. We noticed ceiling was sagging. Had Blue print come out to inspect believing we were still under warranty, they confirmed ceilings were sagging in a couple of rooms. It then took them 2 weeks to call me back, to tell me that we are no longer covered as the lifetime structual warranty was only for 7 years. When I chose Blueprint they were advertising 25yr warranty. So I assumed that is what I was getting.
Any how any builder that thinks a sagging roof, glue no longer holding is acceptable after 8yrs is definetly one to becarful of.

My home started in the first half of 2010 and was finished in the same year .They were really quick to get to site and they got to roof on really quick but that was the first problem .the roof timber had not been done right and one side of the roof started to sag straight away
Well all was good when all was going well but the the wheels fell off it went bad fast
It was like they did nt want to know me .All of a sudden I had a new supervisor and then another with a total of four by the end .I was not sure if they were leaving or being moved from my job but either way I just wanted my house built
The cupboards were instaled but the pipes were leaking so they had to replace them but they only half replaced them and tried to match the joins .This along with really bad tiling to my bathroom next to my bedroom pushed me over the edge.
They just dont admit there wrong ever and I had to move in and take the house as it was as I was paying rent and the loan
Ive been speaking to them about fixing them and im getting nowhere and I am not happy
Nothing at all and I mean nothing
Very poorly built and poor service

I am building with blueprint homes and they are very slow in process I signed my preliminary contract on 30 september and they took 8 weeks to prepare my building contract. The representative promised me a tones of things such as the garage will be 28c and will have 4 exhaust fans and when the plan was drawn ceiling was 25c and and was missing one exhaust. And on top of that they gave me a variation of $1000 for the things which was sales give away from the representative. That's all BS. They are interested only for your signature and deposit that's it. You have to take care of the rest... Very slow moving progress.....

Tones of promise which u can't get & very slow moving progres

I moved into my Blueprint house about 4 weeks ago. During pre sales our consultant was lovely and promised us the world as they do. Even pre start was really good. It was when the building started that it all went downhill. Our client liaison lady had absolutely no idea what was going on at the house, nor did the site supervisor. I doubt the site supervisor was even at our site for most of the build. Their emails were always weeks off. We had to send complaint after complaint to get anything done at the house. Lucky we were there on the day that the tilers showed up as they had the wrong splashback tiles for the kitchen, the feature tile in the bathroom was missed and they had not received any plumbing plans from the site supervisor. We then had to drive home to the house we were living in and pick up the house plans to drop back to the tilers so they could finish their work. At pre handover we went through everything that needed fixing. After asking questions about the plumbing and other the trades the response I had from the site supervisor was "I don't know, I'm not qualified in any of the trades, I just look for things that might be out of place".
He advised that the things we pointed out that needed fixing would be done in the next few days for our hand over ten days later. Two days before the house was due to be handed over and still not one thing had been fixed or corrected. They tried to tell us we wouldn't be having hand over to which I sent another complaint email as we had flooring, carpets and blinds going in in the following days. They handed the house over and said they would complete everything in the next week or so. We got there and put the key in the front door and the keys didn't work. It took over a week and emails everyday to get someone out to fix this so we could use our front door. The bolt lock on the door leading into the house from the garage still doesn't work, we've been in the house nearly 4 weeks now and no ones been out to fix it. The kitchen bench was covered in scratches as it was not looked after and everyone dumped their tools on it, this also hasn't been polished as promised. The fences and gutters were supposed to be cleaned as they're covered in concrete. This hasn't been done. Our flooring guys had to check the concrete to lay our wooden flooring down. They informed us the slab needed around $700 worth of work done to it as it was in such a bad condition. Blueprint refused to pay for this. After another complaint and a complaint from the flooring people to Blueprint, to their credit they paid half and their concrete layer paid the other half. Why did I pay $23,000 for a concrete slab that was in such a bad condition that flooring could not be laid?
I'm constantly sending emails to follow up these issues and I either get no reply or they say they're looking into it. I would never build with Blueprint again, nor would I recommend them to anyone I know. The service is appalling as is the way my house was handed over.

We recently built our first home in Wandi through Blueprint Homes. The overall experience was very good and I will probably split the various stages of the process for feedback purposes. The sales process was an excellent experience for us. The individual who we dealt with was not from the sales department and was referred to us via one of our friends who built through them earlier. We were guided very well through the process, provided appropriate advises constantly watching our budget and helped us develop our plans to our requirement. The pre-start process was not that great and I felt that it could be improved and there were times that we felt difficult to get across what we were looking for. The build process commenced on time as committed and we had the opportunity to work with some real good people in terms of the Client liason officer and also the work supervisor. It wasn't all rosy and there were some challenges in terms of miscommunication, some incorrect work which from my perspective is understandable when you are running a large project. However what I think makes BPH' s service stand out is probably their ability to take accountability of any issue, identify solutions and fix it within a promised timeline. I also felt that the overall time taken for the built could have been quicker considering that it's not the busiest period for building in WA and we saw several properties of similar size from other builders within our estate progress much faster than we did. We also felt that some of the non-standard requirements that we introduced was priced higher compared to what I heard from my friends who built with others.
Overall our experience of building with Blueprint Homes was very pleasant and we certainly would like to recognise the staff involved in making this happen. We certainly will recommend BPH to our friends.

The pre-sales was a breeze, our consultant, Dean was very pro-active and very helpful in finding the right land for us. During those times, we do not have our own transport yet but he took us on his own car to check the prospective lands. He was also very supportive and considerate during the design stage catering to amenities we would like to have. He has shared valuable insights in the conceptualization of the house plan. Construction went smoothly and on-schedule. The ladies (Jaimie,Jenny and Nicky) and construction supervisor (Scott) we have worked with were pleasant and accommodating to our queries. Kudos to Nicky who went out our her way to get conduits added on the walls while construction is under way, add to that the $1000 variation fee has been waived. We were over the moon to see our dream house, our first property in Australia, becoming a reality.

I would like to take this opportunity to mention a few hiccups along the way, this is not to pick on the people involved but rather to improve the process so future customers will not experience the same, besides one of its brand promises is to make the building journey as stress-free as possible. So here it goes, firstly, the finance process was not a smooth as I expect it to be - 1) The conditions of the bank loan, the LMI for instance, was not explained thoroughly to us 2) variation not being accounted for the loan amount to the bank, I ended up paying it in cash - it was a small amount (as pointed out by the Finance Agent) but still it stressed me during the holidays last year. I found the finance agent rather unfriendly and offensive (could be his personality, I do not know). Secondly, the PPA conditions were not extensively explained giving us a shock that we are responsible for checking if we have a communications pit available. I reckon it was also a shortcoming on our part but since we have zero experience in building,we expect that the land is checked when it was offered to us. Thirdly, misinformation on the inclusion of a kitchen cupboard - all the while when we were discussing the house plan I thought there was an overhead cupboard included only to find out that there is none - only during the signing off of the final house plan. I had to let it go since the loan has already been approved by the bank and I have to pay an additional $2,000+++ should I push to have very small overboard cupboard installed. And lastly, during the last weeks of construction when we visited site, we still saw the excess bricks piled up in front of the house so I quickly emailed that we wish to keep them only to receive a response the following day advising that the bricks have been collected already. I asked why were we not notified during the last progress update, I was told that site clearing was not part of the progress update and that it was owner's responsibility to inform if they wish to keep the excess bricks ahead of time. It was frustrating since it was part of what we paid and an email notice of site being cleared would have mitigated the issue. Also, I do not think it would be too much of a hassle to return the bricks to site since clearing happened just a a couple of hours ago after my email was responded.

Despite the above, overall, our first building experience was pleasant. I have recommended Blueprint to my friend whose house now on construction stage and to another friend now being assisted to secure her preferred land. Given the opportunity to build in the future, I will still go to Blueprint Homes (just hope by they fixed their referral rewards system soon).

Thank you Blueprint Homes.

From day one it was smooth sailing, from sales to key handover, I couldn't believe it. I have built once before 5 years ago with a bigger builder and there is no comparison! My previous experience involved no communication whereas with Blueprint I knew through every step of the way how my home was going - and they always called it a home, not a house - when friends and family asked me how it was going, I had answers! No question was unanswered, if there were any issues they were rectified immediately and I have a beautiful home that I'm proud of! I had my maintenance period not very long ago and there was very little that needed addressing and it was all done with professionalism and courtesy - well done Blueprint Homes, if I was to ever build again, you would be my choice, no question!
Everything - within price range, quality workmanship and features, efficient and friendly staff, the list goes on!

I went back to Blueprint Homes, after having a nightmarish time dealing with the previous company, Content which left us totally Discontented and exausted, their communication, drawings, and customer care = a factor of 0...less said the better.
On the other hand our Blueprint Sales Rep Jason for our Argyle was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful all the way...and not pushy.
My Prestart Lady Regina was also very helpful, from go to woe.
The slab is now down and the walls are going up, the Tradies seem most competent, all seems to be going like clock work, Their communication for client liaison has been very good thus far with Cassie, as I get emailed when needed. So over-all dealing with this company has been very good and professional, thus far.
I would highly recommend Blueprint Homes, as the ratings generally show by their other clients.
Will hopefully keep positive postings...As we go, fingers crossed.
Everything seems to be on track so far
None to report so far

We are two very impressed first home builders!

Blueprint Homes went above and beyond to provide the best service to us with our first home. We received so much more than we expected - all people we worked with were genuine, caring and worked with integrity. Our queries were always promptly replied to in a courteous and professional manner, and our Client Liaison Officer always went the extra mile to help us achieve the build in our tight timeframe. The quality of the build was impeccable and the final costs ended up being a tiny bit less than our estimated cost. We honestly could not be happier.

A massive thanks needs to to go Nick, Sonya, Eden, Peter, Debra and the InReach Finance team who were suggested to us by Blueprint Homes. We could not have achieved such a perfect home without their assistance along the way.

We would definitely recommend Blueprint Homes to our family and friends - it's the least stressful experience we've ever had!

I have built 4 houses in my life and all have been with different builders. This is the 1st time we have had a pain free, hassle free build from start to finish.
The regular updates that Blueprint provided us, from the time we signed up until the day we got our keys was very refreshing! These updates along with the quality and standards that Blueprint provided ensured we received an amazing value for money experience.:) We couldn't be happier!!
All up it took just under 11 months from the time we signed up to the day we got our keys.
We had people building around us that kept asking us why our house was being built so much quicker than their house. We are extremely proud of our new home. :)

I built a house in Perth while I am living in Karratha with BluePrint Homes
During the process building of my house I had never meet anyone from the BluePrint Homes. Everything done online, by phone, and email. I was a bit nervous how's my house will look like, its going to be good house or not, but after I received a key I am very happy and satisfied with the result. This was our first ever build and from day one we never had an issue and all questions and quiries were answered in a timely manner, from the Sales rep, the Site Supervisor who were both brilliant and so was the construction client liason. The house was completed within 26 weeks, the only issue we had was that the titles for the block were two months late but that was nothing to do with BluePrint. We Highly recommended people to consider building with Blueprint!
