Booked a holiday and came to £43 until I received my email saying I owe them a further £40. Let the customer know how much in total instead of a follow up email!

I asked if l could change the date, within a couple of hours of making my booking and was told no but suppose it does say in the terms and conditions that you can’t make any changes, so l wasn’t surprised. I would have been happy to pay for the change but still couldn’t make an amendment.

Good - but your website indicated that the Ten Pound Holidays offer closed on 31st August 2018, though, in actuality you were still taking bookings at 22nd Sep 2018, and beyond

I was trying to add a third guest but, every time I entered the surname it wouldn’t accept it. I have now only booked for 2 people .i continually had to close down the site and retry to make my booking . Took at least 20 mins to sort even though I originally stated that the booking was for 3 people . Only by removing one guest was I able to continue .

Helpful service, however i booked holiday to 2 different holiday parks on the same day by mistake and i can not change it anymore or get refound. It does say it in the rules that after confirmation nothing can be changed so its fine but my suggestion is to put an infotmation for people who would do it accidently in the future when booking that they allready booked holiday they want to attend on this date ....unless its just me who does this mistakes ;)

I did click on the £15 pp option but it billed me for £20 per night. Came out of it and went back in but still billed me the same so I assumed it was a booking fee. Have completed transaction and there is a £3 booking fee. I'm going with friends so wanted to book it. A bit disappointing but I look forward to the holiday.

We have booked these holidays for years now and never been disappointed. Except for one occasion we have always had excellent accommodation and the one occasion it was still OK . As I am disabled and not in the best health these holidays suit us to the ground, we can do as or as little as we feel like. And I would recommend them to anyone.

I previously booked a holiday with you last year under my daughters name, however when I tried to log in it wouldn't recognise the password.
Had to create a new account using an alternative email - very annoying.

Prices on website where misleading, it was not cear initially that prices are based on min of four sharing and park fees and other charges would apply, had to phone up twice about this

I booked a holiday via the Daily Mail offer £15 per person per holiday. 20 days after I booked it, I was asked for an extra £30 for a peak supplement - even though in previous years all peak supplements had been included in the price shown on the screen. Hopefully this is a one-off and Breakfree won't make the same mistake another time.

I booked through break free holidays for a 4 day break and after nearly three weeks of waiting and no email from holiday I rang and was told they had no booking for us, so I then rang breakfree holidays and was told it was sent through two days after booking the person I spoke to didn't really want to know and said they probably hadn't updated there records and I needed to wait. Well after waiting three weeks from booking I have rung holiday place and they still have no record so I still have no holiday booked as yet, breakfree holidays were quick to take my money and so far I have had to make four phone calls in total to breakfree and holiday place and still nothing so far.
