They sent me an email on the 12th January 2021 stating that the order was on its way complete with Royal Mail tracking number
I sent the sales department an email on the 21st January 2021 stating that I had not received my order and that the tracking number that they issued was not recognised by the Royal Mail tracking service, they did not respond
I again emailed the sales department on the 28th January 2021, they did not respond
I telephoned on 25th January 2021 and left a message, they did not responded
I again telephoned on 2nd February and left a message, I also confirmed this call by email to the sales department and again they did responded
I sent a recorded delivery letter on 8th March 2021 which they signed for, again no response, no goods received
