Dodgy sales tactics people in tge Philippines coerce you to pay over $1100 Aud, no follow up, dishonest staff promising bookings using all discovery dollars from Philippines, but no sales agent contacts you for a couple of weeks after your money has passed the cooling off 10 days and you get no booking and you have lost your money in Discovery dollars which is like monopoly money, Worthless! This company should refund all the money they have dishonestly taken from people or they should be investigated and action taken against the staff and Directors I have 7615 Discovery dollars and no bookings as the agents have lied and deceived me with no hope of actually ever being able to use the Discovery dollars as I am a low income Disability Pensioner, taken advantage of by an unscrupulous sales and pretending booking staff. It is criminal how the sales agents has taken my money and I have no holidays accommodation as promised.

The person who took my reservation was very helpful but being a first time 'cruiser' I was very confused with the number of following emails that confirmed the booking, all in varied ways and telling me what to do next.
This is VERY confusing. Could you please simplify the confirmation and other relevant details. Getting several varied ones has kind of put me off doing another reservation.

I contacted my preferred TA at Discover365 to let her know I had booked a New England cruise whilst on my last NCL cruise as I was informed she would be notified. She advised me for a nominal sum of $10 she could take over the booking from the cruise line and apply Discovery $ a further saving on our cruise fare which was already discounted by 20% as it was a past passenger deal.

Last week I attempted to find my current bookings on the Discover 365 website only to find that doesn't exist. I proceeded to communicate with someone online who provided me with a phone number to ring as they were unable to help. When I rang I was talking to someone from Mega cruise which made it even more confusing. It took over 24hrs to actually talk to the person I had originally dealt with about my booking. I am very happy with my cruise booking as I have saved a significant amount of money by being able to use reward dollars. Also I find searching for hotels on the site difficult. Discover 365 is not a user friendly site.

I had no idea I was being signed up for a membership of Discover 365 until an email arrived. That same email stated I had received $200 Discover Dollars.
My account currently shows there is a zero balance.
In spite of a request for an explanation, I have yet to receive response as to why there is a zero balance.

I rang yesterday a/noon for the person that booked my cruise to call me back to discuss the finer details of my proposed cruise. I would really appreciate it if she would call me sooner than later. Thank you.

I opened a chat, in that conversation I said I was looking for a 10 cruise. The consultant rang back gave me a quote and I asked to hold it until contacted the other travellers to confirm date and price.
When I rang back the cruise was for 8 days, so I was back to the drawing board however the consultant worked magic and never gave up helping us achieve a great outcome.....see you in August

I made two booking through Discover 365. The first a cruise from Vancouver to Hawaii. Bel was exceptional. She answered all my endless questions promptly. I am extremely happy with the price of the cruise which was significantly cheaper than what was available through the NCL website and a private TA who also gave me a quote.
The second interaction was a flight to Vancouver, returning from Honolulu. I was locked into the airline(Qantas) as I had to cancel a one way flight to Shanghai due to ill health of my travelling companion. My interactions were not as smooth and a misunderstanding resulted in my flight being cancelled instead of the option of claiming on my travel insurance.
I have used Discover365 for three other cruises and one flight booking in the past 12 months and I would highly recommend their services.

My enquiry requested email contact only yet I received numerous phone calls and even when told it was not convenient the caller insisted on completing his message. In addition I was told the charge to my credit card would be $159.00 but on checking I found a payment of $59.00 one day and another $200 the following day - a total of $259.00.

My only consern is that I wanted to go aboard with our son at 11.30-12.00 but was given 1.30-2;00pm. because as we need help because my husband's disability. Also we were given waitlisted anytime dining where I asked for anytime dining so we could go with our son and his family.
