Having experienced very poor customer service from the firm we bought our Solar generation system from 7yrs ago it was pleasing and very assuring to have found Efficient Homes Ltd whose employees have been Honest, obliging, efficient and straight forward in all the dealings we have had with them and a pleasure to have done business with. I would recommend them to anyone.

I recently asked this company to review my solar panels which had been installed for over 8 years. A local representative arrived and was very thorough in explaining what he was checking and why. Unfortunately when we got into the loft my inverter had stopped working and needed to be replaced. The rep then went through my options and how the system could be upgraded. with connecting the panels and a battery. My system was seen to very quickly and is working better than ever. The battery also means that my use of electricity from the grid has fallen . All the people from this company have been very polite and efficient, answered all my queries quickly and the service has been great. I highly recommend them. Annette Stabb

George visited yesterday to inspect my 9 year old 12 panel solar system. He said that the system was working well, and surprisingly did not try to sell me anything. Indeed, when I mentioned battery storage for night use, he said for my usage it was not economical. He left me his card for use when the inverter eventually ceases to function. If you are contacted by this company, accept a visit. You have nothing to lose.

We all get canvassing calls almost daily and I got what I thought was the usual, I told him to call back later in the year, he did so and made sense so I arranged to have a survey. I assumed the person would be a high pressure salesman but nothing of the sort, the surveyor went right through my solar system pointing out where the inverter was beginning to fail and how to improve the performance and increase my earnings. I did plenty of research online and spoke to the surveyor who again was very helpful and I decided to go for for SolarEdge + battery pack from there on I was dealing with the boss who was again not pushy and we negotiated an agreeable price. The new system was installed within 2 days very professionally and I have not looked back since. The system performance has improved as described giving me peace of mind after such a large investment. I can only recommend Efficient Homes and would most definitely deal with them again.

Excellent service
Prompt and efficient
Over the past few years we have experienced some issues with several different company’s dealing with our solar panel. A call from Efficient Homes Ltd soon had a friendly engineer calling and after a few days a new battery support system was installed. Great to see the results in the reduced electrical consumption already
Here’s hoping the company stay around as they seen to have the answers most people want with their solar equipment and they are local to us.

Don’t be fooled.....these are by the far the best Solar company I have dealt with in years.No pressure sale on the day just a report on my current system in which they told me was running all good so no need for changes at present.

I then decided to contact them in October 2019 because I wanted battery storage, they quoted I done my research and they still came back the cheapest around.

I will 100% use them again when I look to add 2.4kwh cell to make my system bigger but for now I would say go for it use them, will take a lot to top(also to add The best bit is they do a yearly check FREE, which I was thrilled to hear/receive)

From our experience this can indicate that the business is either not actively engaged with online communication or is new and growing.
