10w LEDs are only 8.8w, delivery wasn't good either. Ordered on a Wednesday evening, email to confirm dispatch within hours, delivery a week later despite 48hr tracked. I know the royal mail deliver on a Saturday too so what's the excuse?

Awful service,took 10 days for my Ring camera to arrive after saying two days.
They mark items as dispatched when they have clearly not been.
Had to open a PayPal complaint to finally get my item sent out.

Terrible been waiting for 3 weeks and still nothing!!!! Tried to call numerous times and impossible to get though! Very very unhappy and dissatisfied....

Great service, first Google home had a fault. Customer services sent a replacement straight away. Second was perfect.

Supply issues, not happy as thought items were not in stock and did not inform me of this until over a week waiting for delivery and told they would be delivered the next week and still no show , had to email them again they were having delivery issues from China because of the corona virus, they could have been more informative in the first place .

I purchased 2 items, and 1 was the wrong colour. It was immediately replaced - no questions asked. Really good customer service and great product at an amazing price.

Waited 2 weeks for my £130 item to arrive and had to chase Electrical Showroom with several phone calls and emails, to which I got no reply. In the end I started a claim through Paypal and the goods magically turned up the next day! Don't bother with these guys! Shop elsewhere!

They could improve their service if they do what they say their going to do, and by keeping up with their tracking of packages, It took 2 weeks and 3 phone calls to get my order ( well done Callum) don`t know who the other idiot was

Product fine but disappointed with delivery time; 8 days from order to delivery despite hefty postage cost for a small piece of plastic. Although I was informed it was despatched on the day of ordering it wasn't received into the Royal Mail system for a further week.

camera I bought and it was delivered within 2 days , would use them again.

No problems with first order so I ordered more on the 29th Jan and regretted it as I’m still waiting for it. 5 emails have not been answered and nobody answers the customer service line. Terrible service.

I had an issue with my order which was a product problem, not postage or anything to do with the Electrical Showroom I’d like to add, but the two guys (Chris and the other one whose name I can’t remember because I’m terrible with names) that helped me were really great - sorted out the problem with no hassle at all and really fast too. I’d definitely buy from again! ????????

I bought a Nest 3rd generation thermostat delivered Romania (via a specific dropping service, not directly from electrical group). The product it's great, i recieve a google mini speaker, was a nice bundle and a good price. The only minus points were because of a delay in comunicating any kind of informations about shipping, but be patient and everything will be allright. If you solve the comunication problem, will be perfect.

I wanted a nest protect wired but accidentally purchased a battery model. I realised straight away so emailed the electrical showroom within a few minutes. It took 5 days to reply, while the battery model was shipped out after 3 days. Realising that I was not getting a reply and trusting the return policy I purchased the correct model as well. They both arrived together. Chris Dangerfield from the electrical showroom emailed me and told me to follow the return process form online, I did this and have heard nothing. I also tried calling 4 to 5 times with no response. I still have the unit as new and unopened but now don't know what to do with it. Sk I am really disappointed especially as this was before covid19 set in. It would be nice to have a reply to this feedback.

I ordered this item on a Thursday and on the site it said if ordered before 3pm you would get next day delivery, but it didn’t say it would cost £12.99 so I went for the free 48tracked, I assumed that meant 48hours it didn’t arrive until Tuesday!

Two parts of order, one arrived on time with no problems, second partI had to chase up and arrived well past delivery promise. Not sure whether company to blame, more like the courier ( Royal Mail). However both arrived now.
