7 day Park pass is great for spreading out the different attractions, bonus cruise is a nice touch. More seating would be nice on the cruise. Thanks.

While the 3 passes were great (nothing to do with OzExperience, more to do with actually attending the 3 parks!), I was not given what I thought i was picking. If the icon that I click has the worlds 'skip the queue' I expect to be able to skip the queue at each of the parks. So imagine my horror when after I paid, I found out that I had to purchase the skip the queue component at the park. I could have bought these tickets cheaper elsewhere, but chose to go through Oz Experience in the hopes of getting the Skip the Queue component. When I contacted the company questioning this, I was told that first they would never offer such a deal, then when i provided a screenshot as evidence that they actually do offer such a thing, their response was 'oh well, there is no mention of it in the terms and conditions- too bad, so sad'. Ridiculous.

Booked a sky bus ticket needing it for Friday night... your system doesn’t allow immediate completion of ticket sales and as a result I didn’t get the ticket until the next day. What an absolute waste of time.

I put a discount code in which case up in the total as a 10% discount. However was charged the full amount. I'll never be purchasing through this company again.

The captain and all the staff assisted me with my disabled parents, 91 & 88 years old. Best boat trip we have been on for the elderly.

Driver Chris (lives in Gold Coast, speaks fluent Japanese) was great in every way. He was very personable, extremely knowledgeable and we really enjoyed interacting with him.

Booked a dinner cruise through these guys on Kookaburra River Queen Cruises. Everything was easy and the cruise was excellent. Highly recommend Experience Oz!
