People are familiar with HotelsPro and Real Russia in terms of travelling Russia to apply for visa or purchase train tickets in Taiwan.
They might as well use "Express to Russia" as a reliable partner by my previous experiences.

My daughter and I took a cruise from Moscow to St. Petersburg in September.
Express to Russia was very helpful at every step. They were the first to respond when I'd googled several companies for information, and I believe it was the only personal response. Galina shepherded us from that first inquiry through several false starts on our part through the visa process to the final trip. I've already recommended them to other people.

We travelled in September 2017 on a 4D3N Golden Ring excursion. Our driver was very responsible and respectful
Most of our itineraries listed were as planned.
We did miss some of the sights listed. For example the Assumption Cathedral was closed on Monday and we were not able to see the interior as listed on the itinerary.
On our excursion to Bogolyubovo, our guide decided that the 15 minute trek to Church of Intersession on the Nerl was not worth the effort so we only visited the Complex of the Bogoliubovo Monastery exteriors.
On our drive to Sergei Posad, we were supposed to have a photo stop over at Pereslavl Zalessky to see the Red Square and Transfiguration Cathedral, but our guide claims it was not listed on her itinerary.
Overall we did enjoy the trip.

My wife and I toured with Express Russia ???????? between December and January. It was a wonderful experience accommodation was excellent,guides brilliant and drivers efficient and on time. For first time visitors this is the way to go. Highly recommend we loved it.

We utilized Express to Russia’s services while we were in Moscow for an expo. They were friendly, well prepared and flexible. For example, Despite arrangements they agreed to drop us off at Red Square instead of our hotel to ensure that we had enough time to sightsee after setting up for the expo. In addition, there was insane holiday traffic and an accident on the way to the airport however their preparation meant that leaving promptly at 7pm, which resulted in us being in time to board our 23:20 flight. Thanks again!

I used Express to Russia to help organise a recent trip on the Trans-Siberian railway with my wife. I am in my late 60s, so wanted the trip to be as hassle-free as possible. I needed help with the train bookings, because I found the timetable confusing - the timing of most of the trains by Moscow clocks left me feeling less than confident of some of my connections. I compared Express to Russia's information with details from another site, and found Express to Russia's rates cheaper in most cases. I found their information easy to follow. In the case of one leg of the journey, I was unable to purchase first class tickets from either agency. I booked our accommodation through Booking.com, so cannot comment on either agency's ability to help there. All the questions I asked were answered promptly and helpfully, in perfectly good English - necessarily, as my Russian is very elementary. I recommend Express to Russia unreservedly for assistance in arranging travel in Russia. They may be the best there is.

We booked a trip to Moscow and St Petersburg with Express to Russia. They worked closely with us to customize the trip to our needs and communication over email was prompt and clear. We saw more sights than in any of the group tours and learned a lot about Russian history, culture and art from the excellent guides. The guides and drivers were punctual, courteous and professional and everything went smoothly Highly recommended.

We did the river cruise from Moscow to St Petersburg. The cruise was great and the english speaking guides were extremely knowledgeable and spoke very clear english. Our only negative would be that as there were only 11 english speaking guests on our cruise and our on-board director didn't give us the same information that the norgewian or french continguent got. I cannot fault "Express Russia". I would however warn people about taxi drivers in Russia. Be very careful and make sure you get a price for the ride before you get into a taxi and stay well clear of the "Taxi Marshall". We paid 10,000 rubles for an 18 minute ride from Moscow airport to our hotel.

We booked a river cruise from St Petersburg to Moscow through Express to Russia as well as a transfer from the airport to the port in St Petersburg. Express to Russia proved to be completely trustworthy. The transfer pick up worked smoothly with driver waiting for us on arrival and everything to do with the cruise went well. They had even included some of the 'optional' excursions in our package that other people had to pay additional amounts for. Bottom line is they are real, you can book through them and have peace of mind.
Note: we booked on the Lev Tolstoy - much cheaper than Viking and it was excellent.

Recently travelled to Russia, and was on a River Cruise from Moscow to St Petersburgh. This was gooked through Express to Russia. Express to Russia were very helpful, advising of hotels to stay at before and after the cruise, and also helping us to book drivers to pick us up from the airport to go to our hotel. They helped us with the visa application also. Galina was our contact person, she was very helpful, going the extra mile with our extra questions. I would definitely recommend Express to Russia to friends thinking of travelling to Russia, thank you, Rhonda

We used Express to Russia to book a cruise between St Petersburg and Moscow. All correspondence from Express to Russia was speedy and helpful. As an English speaker we had no problems communicating and they were able to provide answers to any questions we had.

We used Express to Russia to travel from Saint Petersburg to Moscow. All the communications with the agency were prompt an precise. Everything that was promised was fulfilled. The boat was not luxurious but comfortable and the staff and entertainers were great. The food was good: plentiful and varied. The itinerary was for the most part fascinating and the guides were knowledgeable and attentive. Over all it was a wonderful experience and we would recommend it to whoever wants to do something a little off the beaten path.

We just returned from Saint Petersburg where Express to Russia helped us plan a fantastic tour. It was amazing! The itinerary was great and our guide really made a difference- she was super knowledgeable and cheerfully answered all of our questions (even those posed by our teenagers). Our hotel was lovely too and had a fantastic spa facility. Everything was well organized and timely, they were even responsive via email which I appreciated given the challenge of planning a trip from so m ay timezones away. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

We enjoyed Russia; 8 day Moscow and St Petersburg.
Many thanks to Express to Russia for providing a great tour and tour guides.
Excellent communication from Express to Russia staff from start to finish including invitations for visas.
We could not fault this tour, it was excellent, and we are happy to recommend Russia as a tourist destination to anyone, especially, doing an Express to Russia tour.

Excellent service, knowledge and efficiency from initial booking request thru to clients very last day in Moscow. This is the second group to have had travel, tours, hotels, cruise and visas arranged. All worked smoothly. Passionate tour guides with extraordinary knowledge, Drivers with flair and personality. Our idea of a trip to Russia began when my wife received a brochure from a well-known company offering a river cruise between Moscow and St. Petersburg. Only trouble was, the cost would have been around $15,000 for the two of us. Not within the budget. I began researching other options and discovered Express to Russia. Yulia put together a 10-day custom trip for us, based upon their "Jewels of Two Capitals" tour, that--even including five-star hotels--was less than half the cost of the cruise, and, I believe, infinitely better. Our private tours went like clockwork--drivers and guides perfectly prompt and always there to meet us. Our guides were absolutely delightful, extremely knowledgeable, and provide a personal perspective on Russia that is impossible to obtain via a large tour group or a cruise that barely touches upon the "real" Russia. It was like meeting a good Russian friend every day. Plus, they know the ins and outs, how to avoid entry lines that can take hours, and will tailor your experience to your specific interests. The sights and destinations included were, of course, remarkable, certainly to be included on any traveler's bucket list. Even more important, though, was the comfort and confidence we had during our entire visit to a country that can seem overwhelming to Americans. We enjoyed great food, friendly people, and the best-organized trip we've ever taken (and we've taken many). And best of all, an insight into a country cloaked in mystery that would have been impossible otherwise. We have nothing but good things to say--and spasiba (that's "thanks" in Russian--to Yulia and all her associates at Express to Russia.

From starting to plan last year through the culmination of our trip last week, everything was terrific. The 7-day cruise from Moscow to St. Petersburg was on a lovely boat and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Our excursions were well-managed and exactly as advertised. The two-day tours we did before around Moscow and at the end around St. Petersburg were fabulous. All of our guides were outstanding and we will treasure the time we spent in Russia. They expedited the visa process and transfers to and from the airports.

Our entire journey with Express to Russia was excellent, from the planning phase, to the various excursions, the river trip, the food, the entertainment - - - on and on, The guides and the crew were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful; the boat comfortable. And what a price! A great bargain. A great experience.
