Excellent service with friendly advice... although the courier had accidentally damaged the first track system, it was immediately taken back and exchanged within 4 days. Would highly recommend Fendow's and will definitely be using them again.

Went on-line Saturday afternoon to look for curtain rings as no local shop stocked the ones we wanted. The website was easy to navigate with great images and descriptions of all the products. The prices where very reasonable so we placed the, order and by Monday morning the items had arrived

The 2x 240cm x 50mm cream wooden poles are superb as are the support cups and finials. Its a high quality product at a very good price. Thank you.

I needed to obtain spare parts for a 12 year old curtain rail and this company came up with the goods.Initially the parts I ordered were incorrect but discussions with Jonathon soon resolved the issue and the correct parts were delivered promptly.I rate the service from Simply Curtain Poles as first class and would highly recommend them.

Took a week for my pole to be delivered and then when it arrived they have sent the wrong pole.

We wanted a pole to fit our window which was nearly 4m wide. Most DIY stores only offer 3.6m as their maximum, so we needed to look elsewhere. Searches gave us a few choices, but Simply Curtain Poles website won it for us; easy to navigate around and plenty of choice. Ordered our pole on Sunday morning, got an email later in the day to say the order ad been processed (on Sunday!), and then it was delivered a couple of days later. You can't expect more than that!

I needed a long single Curtain Pole which I could not find locally.
I ordered from you. The Pole was delivered the next Day.
The quality is excellent It is now in position and looks Good. Sadly I do not have a photo to hand.

I had to renew the gliders on a curtain track which has been up 16 years. Found out the track was obsolete, but Simply Curtain Poles still had a stock of the gliders. Saved buying a whole new double track to cover an 8 ft window. Fantastic.

Originally ordered some new poles about 18 months ago and was very happy with my purchase and service. Moved house recently and needed to purchase extra lengths of pole, rings and brackets make my existing poles fit my new windows. Found every thing I needed easily online and was emailed updates on delivery. Very happy customer!

I was unable to purchase the Harrison Drape fittings I required at any local retailer but Brewers had the fittings in stock and delivery was the following day, I could not ask for a better service. Thank you

The packaging of the items looked as though they'd been through the wars a bit, but that didn't matter to me, as the products themselves were fine and the speed of dispatch was incredible (ordered on the afternoon of one day, arrived the morning of the next day).
