From start to finish an such an amazing experience. If you have a young growing family and know you can’t “show” the house like normal and if you don’t want to deal with repairs, this is the way to go. We sold our home to FlashHouse and bought with a partner agent. Again awesome experience. Very impressed. Highly recommend! Thank you FlashHouse!!!

Selling this way might not be for everyone, but we got a fair price for our house and were able to move on to our new home within a little over two weeks.That was important to us. Needless to say, the Flashhouse sales experience was a new one for us. In all aspects it was extremely professional, competent and Flashhouse did everything they said they would do when they said they would do it and how they said they would do it, Flashhouse knows the market, and they know their business, and they were right on the money with their proposal. With a trouble-free 30 day closing, my wife and I are now free to begin our adventure of traveling to USA in our new RV. Thank you flash house

As promised, this was the easiest process for us to sell our home. We closed at our convenience (30 days) avoiding another mortgage payment and we did not have to do any repairs or updates. Flashhouse was even flexible enough to allow us to take our swimming pool & shed with us. Tom & Clare were very responsive and answered all of our questions. Thank you, now on to our next adventure with our granddaughter.

I had a outstanding experience with Flashhouses.Tom made the whole experience very stress free. He was there to help any time I called with question . The experience selling our house ran very smoothly:)The whole team there made us feel we made the right choice to use them. I would recommend it to anyone:)

Best experience ever! The FlashHouse team was so nice and helpful throughout the entire process. The best part was all of the stress that typically comes with selling your home never came in to play. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a stress free experience.

Selling my condo was a breeze with Flashhouse. I first talked with them on June 8 and the closing process took place on June 29. I worked with Tom and Clare and they were both highly responsive and informative. I had never sold a house before, let alone doing it without a realtor, but Tom and Clare made the process so simple. I would highly recommend Flashhouse to anyone looking to sell quickly for a fair price.

I was skeptical at first because it seemed to good to be true.. wow, was I wrong! The easiest process ever!! I thought the number was fair, the customer service was great and I really am grateful to have found FlashHouse. I highly recommend!
